I bought these to replace a very old pair of Sidi Vertibra boots that finally fell apart after 25 years.
These are very different and have a lot more protection built in, mainly lateral support.
Sidi boots are narrow and you may need the next size up. Only criticism is that they not as snug around the ankles as the old boots, but nothing that a thinker pair of socks wont fix.

Bought these to replace my 20yr old pair of Sidi boots that finally gave up and disintegrated. Loved those but love these even more. Fantastic fit. Loads of protection. New clasp system is great. Quality of the materials seems first class. Even though I'm still breaking them in, which isn't taking long at all, I couldn't be happier with these. Excellent boots.

They are very comfortable to wear, even walking in them, they are easy to put on. I love the fact I can just pull from the back of my boots making it easier to slide your foot in and out. First time wearing these on my bike and if it was not for the ankle guards euther side of the boots as well as the rest of the my foot would of shattered which usually leads to amputation but instead I have walked away with a broken ankle so I am very impressed with these boots especially the fact they are still intact and can be worn once I can ride again. For me they are worth every penny.

Feel fully protected

At this price point I do not think any other boot can compete with the Sidi ST boots. They look good, they offer full protection, they only have a small amount of Velcro, full length zip and replaceable parts plus an air vent that you can slide open on them rare hot days. I recommend going a size up or two, I usually take a size 43/44 but in these a 45 fit me perfect because of the narrow fitting. Excellent boot, they feel stiffer in the shins/calves but that is the protection you know your wearing a boot. Recommended.

Great boots for a purpose

Great pair of boots, which I purchased to replace my recently expired SIDI's which I had owned for over 25 years. I've matured from the sports to sports touring sector. The boots are great, however for sports touring I found after 8hrs on the bike they started to become uncomfortable around the calf. Good news is that the air vents didn't leak, despite the worst weather Scotland had to throw at them.

First boots

These boots are my first boots so I can't compare them to any other boots. What I can say is the boots fit perfectly to my size and after 4 hours of riding they still felt as comfy. It was a hot day and the vent on the boot made a big difference for cooling. Boots looked exactly like the photos and I would recommend them.
