I recently purchased a Rukka Nivala 2 jacket, Kalix 3 trousers, and an LS2 helmet from Sportsbikeshop online. When the gear arrived, I noticed that something was missing from the jacket.
I called into the Preston branch this morning to get it sorted and was assisted by a young lad who provided genuinely excellent customer service. He took the time to check the jacket thoroughly, immediately identified what was missing, and resolved the issue without any hesitation or fuss. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who not only knows their products but is also keen to make sure the customer is looked after properly.
While I was in the store, I also ended up picking up a set of Rukka braces, and the team were happy to price match another retailer, which was much appreciated. It’s small touches like that — being flexible, helpful, and customer-focused — that really set a business apart.

I was offered the Try before Buying option by the staff @ Preston whilst choosing a new helmet. Staff were great and knowledgeable about the product (Shoei) and next working day delivery spot on. I will be using these people and store again in the future.
