It was inevitable bikes would play a lead role in Sue’s life. Her first trip to the Isle of Man TT came before her first birthday and the taste of tomato soup still reminds her of trials events with her dad. She followed him into trials competition, started road riding at 16 and now owns a Ducati Monster 937. Sue has worked in the bike industry through five decades and has a deep understanding of bikes and kit.

After a five year hiatus my partner and I have returned to biking and needed fully re-kitting. After shopping around at several other stores we stumbled across SBS at Milton Keynes.

I cannot say enough good things about Lee! From start to finish, the level of customer service was absolutely outstanding. Lee’s expertise shines through in every interaction — not only is he incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to explain things clearly and patiently, making sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the process.

What a refreshing customer experience at the Milton Keynes store. Fantatic members of staff who were very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
The Rev’it gloves are superb that I bought but it was the service that is making us return this weekend to kit out my partner with all her new gear. I can’t recommend enough!

Went to Milton Keynes, SportsBikeShop and was very well served by Simon.
I was promptly greeted and given advice on how the helmet display was organised, where I was left to browse at my leisure.
Once I had settled on a couple of options, Simon was there to help me with my selection, making sure I choose the correct one for fit.
We had mentioned my need for an Intercom option and he was able to suggest the one that suited my needs, without pressure.
Throughout the process Simon never rushed me and made me feel a valued customer
