Customer Service Assistant, Full Time, Boston

Job Description

Our Customer Service team in Boston needs another awesome teammate.

If you're bored in your current role and have a passion for all things motorcycle, then this role should be right up your street.

What we're looking for...

Someone who loves motorcycles (not bicycles - we get that a lot. Liking both is fine!)
A friendly, approachable person who enjoys chatting with customers
A team player
A positive personality and all-round good egg

What we believe in...

The customer must come first, always
A no-pressure, no hard sell environment
Bikes are fun, so shopping for kit should be too, surely?

What we don't believe in...

Targets
Hard selling (keen people will have noticed this is on both lists, it’s that important!)
Corporate buzz words like 'deep dive' or 'game changer'

The Hours

Guaranteed 40 hrs per week, 5 days a week (including 1 in 3 Saturdays and very occasional Sundays)
Mon to Fri 9 to 5
Sat 9 to 5
Sun 10 to 4

The Package

A guaranteed share of the team commission
