Our fantastic Birmingham store needs another awesome teammate.

If you're bored in your current role and have a passion for all things motorcycle then this role is right up your street.

Our store offers the UK’s largest choice of motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories. We’re looking for the right people to help make the store one of the very best bike kit stores in the UK.

You will be selling the most diverse range of quality motorcycle kit available anywhere in the UK so if you haven't a passion for biking, you'll need to learn fast!

What we're looking for...

Someone who loves motorcycles (not bicycles - we get that a lot. Liking both is fine!)

A friendly, approachable person who enjoys chatting with customers

A hands-on person who’s willing to get stuck in

A positive personality and an all-round good egg

What we believe in...

The customer must come first, always

A no-pressure, no hard sell environment

Bikes are fun, so shopping for kit should be too, surely?

What we don't believe in...

Targets

Hard selling (keen people will have noticed this is on both lists, it’s that important!)

Corporate buzz words like 'deep dive' or 'game changer'

The hours

Guaranteed 45 hrs per week, 5 days a week, including some weekends, but not every weekend

Mon to Fri 9 to 6

Sat 9 to 5

Sun 10 to 4

The package

A guaranteed share of the team commission
