Knox Hadleigh Leather Gloves - Black

2nd pair. Bought to replace previous which had worn through stitching on left hand fingers. Used 24k miles, did expect a bit more longevity but comfortable and waterproof as promised.

Really high quality glove for cooler conditions. I measured my hand and it was more or less exactly a medium according to Knox size charts. They are very tight around my thumb span but after about 250 miles seem to have stretched to fit but only just. I do prefer a glove fit rather than too big, so suits me and I think they'll bed in nicely.

Soon softened with the aid of Renapur. Very comfortable
Very short cuff will not stay tucked under my sleeves. Will give me a problem in wet weather, I think

Knox products always ooze quality and these gloves are no different. I wanted light waterproof gloves that were easy to take on and off quickly as I do motorcycle deliveries and use my phone to notify each drop. These have a clever tightening loop and single Velcro flap unlike most of the double strap gloves around.

First day they were a little tight and stiff but have freed up already after a couple uses.
Size is true to graphic. Large for me. Most gloves I go once size bigger than the graphic.

Four of the fingertips come touchscreen equipped. They do work once phone is unlocked however for me they won't swipe the phone open for some reason.

The gloves are almost completely windproof. Worn at 10 degrees so far with no issue. They get a bit warm upwards of 20 degrees.

Already becoming my new favourite gloves!

I was looking for summer gloves that have a plastic palm slider and these gloves looked like a good candidate. After couple of weeks they adjust to your hand and are very comfortable, not bulky at the same time not compromising on safety.

I like a short glove and these are very good. The closure is excellent easy to get your hand in and snugs up really tight really easily. Also easy to get off without pulling lining. For me the gloves were true to size and although very firm and stiff on unwrapping have softened up quickly. Now very comfortable to wear.
I was waiting until being out in the rain until submitting the review. You should always be careful what you wish for! Anyway no complaints on waterproofing thus far. Don't you just love Scotland?
The armour etc feels up to the job as you would expect from Knox and is totally unobtrusive.
In temps around 5 to 6 degrees I found them a bit too cool even with heated grips but once above that, by around 10, they were warm enough.
