Customers have praised these gloves for their warmth, comfort, and waterproof capabilities, especially during winter rides. The gloves fit well, though some noted initial bulkiness and difficulties with second glove adjustments. Most found them effective in keeping hands dry and warm in cold and rainy conditions, highlighting features like knuckle protection and visor wipes. Issues with the touchscreen element and minor fit adjustments were mentioned. Overall, they are deemed a good value for their performance and price.
Perfect XS fit, warm and waterproof!
Seem to be good quality
I can't say if the gloves are really rain proof and warm because I have muffs installed.
But they are very comfortable to wear.
Comfortable, fit very well, warm and very durable
These are brilliant winter gloves. They have kept my hands warm even when riding at minus two. They are a little thick at first but after a week they fit a lot better as with all padded winter gloves. They have kept my hands dry even during torrential rain. Hopefully both the warmth and waterproofing will last but only time will tell.
Thought these would help keep my hands warm in the winter unfortunately they are not up to the job, as they where discounted on Black Friday thought I would give them a go, going by other reviews thought I was onto a winner with these...
Unfortunately not, they keep your hand dry but definitely not warm have used them a few times now in 1°c & above freezing hands everytime.. not worth the money would shop around for a different glove if you like warm hands... Disappointed.
Great winter glove for the price. Haven't felt the cold in temps close to 0.
Good gloves, well made. Tried them on at home seemed to be a good fit. First ride with them and the fingers are a tad too long when using the indicators, dip switch and starter. About to do a 125mile ride tomorrow with the temperature 2 degrees, then I will know what they are really like.
I have been commuting with these for a couple of weeks now. Late November. It's getting pretty cold out there too. The gloves are comfortable and fit well. They kept my hands dry in the rain. I rode for 20 mins while it rained fairly hard. They kept the cold out but I do have heated grips and hand guard's.
The issue I have is getting the 2nd glove on. I wear the RST jacket with the Velcro wrist strap. Getting the glove over and pulling the drawstring is tricky. I have also tried whilst the drawstring is pulled but then you have to pull them up, over the jacket sleeve. Jacket sleeve over the glove is another option but that's bulky and let's the wind in.
Last issue is that the touchscreen element does NOT work at all. Visor wiper on both gloves gloves is good though. 4 stars because of the touchscreen element not working.
I've had the gloves a couple of weeks now, so far I'm impressed, I've not ridden in temps below 6 degrees yet but my hands have stayed warm and dry, I'm going to go as long as I can before fitting heated grips. The wiper on the index finger is brilliant for wiping away rain of my visor.
They felt chunky at first but have soon worn in.
Ordered these as a last minute buy to go on a 250 mile round trip, the forecast was for cold temperatures and these gloves performed brilliant. Lovely and warm and look really well made. Sized perfectly as per size chart. Still had good feelings for the throttle and switches. Highly recommended.
Getting ready for the winter months, remembering last winter when thinking to myself, I really need a second pair of gloves when my normal gloves are soaked with the rain and can't get them dry before riding home. I commute 12 miles each way and don't have the funds to purchase any of the top priced gloves. After a lot of research I have purchased these gloves purely based on my own requirements. Waterproof, insulated, knuckle protection, good fit and durable. Only using them for a couple of weeks the gloves are fit for purpose, time will tell how they perform in the winter! Happy with their performance at present
Very pleased overall, I would buy these again if I had too. I ride all year and havent felt too cold in the fingers even with the heated grips off and no water ingress. Usual gripes with lined gloves as the fabric on the palm clumps together so it feels lumpy. A bit fiddly to get the second glove under the Paragon 6 jacket I bought with them but you dont notice when there on. The thumb seems longer than the Tractech short gloves I have but other than those little things fits really well, very pleased.
Great value, they are extremely comfortable and very warm. For the money you cant go wrong. Also very quick delivery only 2 days to Guernsey.
After several sub zero rides I reached the conclusion that I needed to upgrade my gloves, and considered many options. However, as I do not intend to frequent such conditions I wasn't quite ready to take the plunge into heated gloves. These therefore seemed like a good, cost effective solution, and I must say i'm very impressed. I picked them up from my local SBS store mid ride, and the immediate difference when I put them on sold them to me. I sized the same as the rest of my gloves so the ones I had ordered in fitted great. Be under no illusion that there are warmer and better winter gloves out there, but not for this price point, I can't see another option that could keep my hands toasty, without heated grips, with temperatures below zero for under £80. Wow!
With these gloves I couldn't feel my heated grips, that's how much warmth and padding you get.
Excellent for cold weather riding.
Really good gloves, warm and fitted great and kept my hands dry during two heavy rain storms.
My only niggle (and it's small) is the feel through the gloves is restricted - totally expected with winter gloves would be nice to find a pair optimised for heated grips.
Really good glove. Fits well.
Since getting these for winter use to replace my last pair, I currently haven't needed heated grips on.
However they do feel a little bulky to what I'm used to, but getting used to that.
