These boots are made to last with proper stitching used for bonding the thick leather uppers to the sole and both are high quality materials. Supplied with 2 sets of laces. (black & grey)

I normally wear a size 8 or 9 depending on the style and manufacturer, so I took a punt and chose the 8.5 and they felt so comfortable from day one, no breaking in was needed.

On the bike they are perfect with the foot easily fitting under the gear change enabling smooth up shifting and also sit comfortably on both foot pegs.
Only used in light rain but both feet remained dry and soles provided good grip manoeuvring the bike on garage forecourts and gravel car parks.

Walking around at your destination is also a comfortable experience and the boots look nice with my black motorcycle jeans so visits to cafes and pubs enable you to blend in with the general public.

At the price, compared to others, I didn’t expect either this level of quality or comfort but I am so totally satisfied that I now use the DXR Hinckley’s exclusively on and off the bike.

Easy to get on and off with the side zip and velcro flap. They are a wide fit which I needed, although I recommend a size up, I'm usually a 10 but had to get an 11. They are quite stiff when new and when I tried to break them in by doing a long walk in them I got a blister on my heel! I can't vouch for them being waterproof as I haven't worn them in the rain yet.
I think they look quite smart to use off the bike but as mentioned earlier they will need a lot of wearing to soften them up.
All in all, I would recommend them.

Great casual boot

I was looking for a more casual boot to be able to wear both on and off the bike. I had looked at various makes and came across the DXR Hinckley boot. I was slightly anxious as to whether the fit would be ok - I'd ordered a 43 as I am a size 9, so was slightly concerned when they arrived as they consider a 43 to be 8 1/2 - however, my concerns were soon put to one side, as it's a great fitting boot, very comfortable, and with the side zip as well, easy to get on and off. Haven't tried them in the wet yet, so cannot comment on how water proof they are.

These boot are not heavy nice and soft easy to brake in due to the excellent leather,great to wear on and off the bike if you were not a biker you wouldn't know they were bike boots due to the fab styling,very impressed

I bought these boots to replace my old worn out RST ones when I first put them on I wasn't sure if they were for me but after wearing them for only a handful of times I am now impressed with the fit and how quickly they have loosened up would definitely buy again I especially like the side zip which makes them quick to put on

No discomfort even when new. A bit stiff to start but soon loosened off. Consider a size up because I'm normally comfortable in 43's but had to send the original pair back and exchange for 44's to ensure I had a bit more room for thicker socks. Excellent service and no quibble free return via DPD followed by quick refund.

I wear these daily and they are the most comfortable boots or shoe I can remember buying. I’ve worn some really expensive footwear in my day but these boots are tops. They are not waterproof, no where near even splash proof, but find a boot at this price that is ! Excellent boots don’t hesitate.

Looks good, fits perfectly. Have no issues at all with this purchase. Decent price for a really nice comfortable boot. Flexible sole which helps if you also walk around a lot when you do stop and get of the bike. Decent gripping sole. Very happy with these.

Only worn them a couple of times so far and the leather is starting to become more supple and comfortable now. Can’t comment on how water proof they are but so far so good in the dry weather.
