Sidi Adventure 2 Gore-Tex Boots - Black

Bought these boots nearly a year ago. Have covered approximately 11000 miles in them. Winter, spring, summer and autumn in perfect comfort. They are 100% waterproof even standing in streams or riding in two days solid rain. Protected my legs and feet in the odd off road stationary fall. The only thing is they are not good at walking in long distances, however I would not expect them to be. Can highly recommend these boots.

Excellent boots. This is my second pair in 8 years. Good quality. My last pair remained waterproof for many years.

Only had these a few weeks but initial impressions are that they are decent touring & gravel road boots. I wouldn't go full 'off-road' with them as they are too flexible, but ideal protection on road & light trail (cw Tech3-7's etc)
They do require a little break in IME as the ?Lorica? (they aren't real leather) does shape & become more flexible with use & wear.
Size wise I'm about 9.5Uk, I wear a 9Uk/43EU in Daytona & a 44EU in these fits well with decent width.
The ankle hinge also does rub on the inside of both ankles a little if I don't wear thicker Mx socks so may be worth going up a 1/2 size.
The sole is Ok for walking short distances & has decent grip on all surfaces like a decent walking boot.
As to waterproofness I currently can't comment as not ridden in the rain, but my other Sidi Gore-tex race style boots I've had 10+yrs always have been, so would expect these to be.
The toe height is not massive c/w a Mx boot so my gear-shift needed minimal adjustment on a road bike, also the sole is flexible unlike a Mx boot.

The Sidi Adventure 2 are well made with a good level of protection, I sized up and the fit is spot on. I have used the boots in heavy rain and can confirm my feet were kept bone dry. The Sidi Adventure 2 are expensive however the quality is excellent and I'm so pleased with their performance. Highly recommended.

Brilliant shoes. was comfy straight away and no need to break in.
I didn't need to adjust the brake lever or clutch pedal. the first few rides were a bit stiff, but now they feel completely fine on both pedals.
Yes they do squeak, but it doesn't bother me.
I've warn in 0 degrees and up to 30 degrees and they were always comfortable.
They look a bit dorky when brand new, but look very good once they've seen some use.
I would like to see some ventilation on the next iteration of these boots so they don't get too stuffy in hot weather.

I've only worn these a couple times so far and the boots are great very comfortable you definitely need to wear longer length socks or be able to tuck your trousers into the boots as the top of the boot did rub. They provide plenty of support and are great for standing up off road. I've walked through a water crossing and my feet remained bone dry.

Took me ages to find a great boot that fits well and is waterproof. If these last as long as my previous pair 20years the investment will be worth it

The boots are very well put togetherand completley waterproof. I waded through some giant muddy puddles on them on an off road day and they were bone dry

Great boots so far. Worn them on a number of warm days and they allowed my feet to breathe. But I think they should be good in winter too. They have been pretty comfortable from the off and whilst the clips looked to be a challenge they are easy. Not sure the clips will last forever but can be swapped out which is good ... tired some Klim boots recently which are much more expensive but these seem better

These boots fit straight out of the box and were true to size for me.

I'm a 43 and that's what I ordered - they fitted perfectly.
I've only worn them once and comfy from the get go.

These boots were made for walking...and biking, and anything else you put your mind to! Compared to some other boots they are light, comfortable and no adjustment to gear levers required! They do squeak a little, but a quick spray of silicone grease cured that problem. As others have mentioned do go for a size up. I'm normally a 45 but they were a little tight, a 46 fitted like a glove. Would recommend.

Amazing quality, great to have that half size option as that subtly difference helped in the comfort.Great that Sportsbikeshop had the range to compare and contrast. The boot construction was top drawer and the specification true to the details as published. Not worn in the rain yet so cannot comment on its effectiveness, given the Goretex brand name I'm not concerned.

I bought theses boots for my commute as I ride all year round. Straight out the box you can see how good the quality is. The boots are really comfortable and comfortable for walking around as well. Definitely waterproof as I've ridden in some torrential rain. Very happy with these boots.
