Klim Clothing

Due to weight loss, I've had to dowsize. I originally started with the XL (36) version of these, and already have a longer review on here for them so I won't wax lyrical as I've done that already.
Enough to say there was no question where I'd get my next smaller size from - SBS - nor what I'd buy - the same Latitude trousers, just in a smaller size.
Right now, I'm using these in some of the very worst English weather imaginable - down to 2 degrees some days, often doing 3 or 4 hours in torrential rain, and these have kept me warm (with appropiate layering gear underneath) and bone dry. The zips and seals are perfect, the trousers are comfy, and the fit is perfect.
The ONLY think I wish was that they came with better armour than the standard L1 D3O. Not because of the protection, but more how stiff and inflexible the standard armour is in the cold.
I've upgraded all of my clothing to D3O Diablo L2, including these, but it's an additional cost. I believe (but don't quote me) that the 2026 onwards revisions will come with Klims own brand of armour - Rogue - and that is very similar to the Diablo and a significant step up from the standard D3O shipped in these.
Armour notwithstanding, I can do nothing but recommend these trousers.
Final thought - dont forget when comparing these to any other trouser you buy, these are guaranteed "for the useful life of the product". If you crash and damage them, Klim replace them. If they are in good condition but a zip leaks in 5 years time, Klim will fix or replace it. That's a premium product backed up by a premium company.

Fantastic jacket, packs down to nothing. Cant believe how much warmer I feel with this.

Upgraded to these from the standard inserts given by Klim on the badlands pro a3, good quality and fit perfectly.

Lightweight wind proof designed to be worn under your riding jacket. Bought mainly for cool summer morning and evenings where lightweight summer kit can be too cold. Folds up small so easy to carry and fits well. I find that Kim riding jackets have too long arms, suitable for orangutans, but this seems a more normal fit.

Amazingly flexible jacket.
Huge airflow ability with all the vents open.
The collar pins back both sides and double zip at front means you can open that from the bottom to help when conditions get above 30/35
Double zips on sleeves means you can open from the bottom on really hot day to get airflow all the way up the sleeve, or open from the top down to get airflow when it’s not totally baking.
Two zip vents at the back, and two more at the front means super airflow- and you can open the two front zip pockets as these can act as vents as well.
Close everything up - all zips are waterproof and jackets totally watertight in Black Forest deluge for 2 days solid!
Note this jacket is quite a boxey fit. (It has an adjustable elastic draw cord at the hem to keep out draughty when required. ) but I’m 5-11, 16.5 stone with 38 waist and have an XL - I have room for 3 layers, usually I am xxl in brands such as Oxford. 58 in bmw sizing. Having room for layers doesn’t mean it flaps around when just wearing a t-shirt in summer.
All in all - my go-to jacket.
Would I buy one again? Well, I’ve had this for 4 years and it’s never let me down: commuting, touring Europe, days rides - and it’s performed flawlessly.
I like it so much that I’ve just bought another in the Black Friday sale in case something happens to this one!!!!
