Nolan motorcycle helmets, designed and constructed in Italy
Great companies are born out of great passions. Nolan has always meant "passion for two wheels". The history of Nolan helmets began in 1972 when Lander Nocchi, an entrepreneur in the motorbike and car accessories sector, decided to produce motorcycle helmets that could be lighter and more affordable than those on the market at the time. He purchased, from a company in the United States, an innovative plastic material, Lexan, which was light and versatile, and started producing polycarbonate helmets. In the following 37 years, other important ideas have been put into production, and Nolan helmets have proved to be well known and highly valued products by thousands of customers in more than 70 countries around the globe.

Nolan N40-5 ECE 22.06 N-Com - Classic Metal White

Very like the older N43 that I needed to replace. Fit is all as expected. Padding is far better then the older models. Multi-click visor setting a useful addition. Peak easily removed or refitted.
Air flow switch on helmet top allows sunstantial improved airflow in very hot or humid conditions... very useful indeed.
One point of criticism, the chinstrap protector pads are very short! So you need additional padding if you loosen the chinstrap for a better fit, as the buckle is then unpadded and directly under your throat area.. Nolan please note! Older versions were longer and allowed for this.
Overall a very good helmet where a full face or flip-up type are not suitable.

Nolan N100-5 N-Com - Classic Slate Grey

For some reason my new helmet has given me contact dermatitis. I ve now washed the liner and hope that solves the problem. I love the fit and finish of the Nolan and the flip up front is nice for warm weather riding. I hope the refreshed liner sorts my issues.

Nolan X-552 Ultra Carbon Triplonero - Carbon / Black

The peek can be removed and helmet still looks good for when you are on the road. Alternatively you can go full off road if you like with peek and goggles with the screen removed. This is also good for wind cooling if traveling a slower speeds in hot weather. The helmet is comfortable well fitting with easy to use flips vents and handy retractable sun visor

Great Fit, Cool Looks, and Awesome Ventilation – L
Nolan N60-6 - Classic Metal White

30 April 2025 by Anonymous
I recently picked up the Nolan N60-6 in Classic Metal White and I’m really happy with it so far. The fit is great-snug but not too tight-and it feels comfortable even on longer rides. I use it mostly with my bicycle, and I’ve noticed the ventilation is excellent. Even on warmer days, there’s been no condensation or dampness inside, which is a big plus for me.
The visor gives me a nice, wide field of view and hasn’t fogged up at all in good weather. I also wear glasses, and they fit in the helmet without any issues, which isn’t always the case with other helmets I’ve tried. The helmet looks really sharp too; the Classic Metal White finish is clean and modern.
If I had to nitpick, I’d say it can be a bit noisier than some pricier helmets, but honestly, at cycling speeds it’s not a big deal. There’s also no chin curtain, so I’m curious how it’ll feel in colder weather, but for now, it’s been great. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the Nolan N60-6 if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-ventilated full-face helmet that looks good and does the job.
