Spada Acqua Shield Trousers - Black

When these over-trousers arrived they looked great very nice material and lined too. Lovely and comfortable to wear. I thought I'd spend a bit more and get some good quality over trousers and when they arrived I felt I'd made a good choice - I bought them specifically for a European tour. They are super easy to put on and very easy to secure with Velcro at the bottom rather than zips. But they failed badly on first use. I put them on in Belgium in heavy rain and within about 20 minutes my legs were sodden. They are truly not fit for purpose and not waterproof - totally useless as waterproof over trousers. I had a very wet and cold ride home from Belgium. I've returned them for a refund and awaiting a response from Sportsbikeshop. I don't recommend these over-trousers at all.
