LS2 Pioneer II - Hill Gloss White / Red

Wanted to try an adventure style helmet but didn't want to pay a lot of money in case I didn't like it so opted to try this LS2 adventure helmet as I see a lot of people using them. The helmet is extremely comfortable, Great peripheral vision with the large wide visor. The drop down sun visor is easy to use and works well especially in low sun with the peak helping to block the sunlight. On the motorway the peak gives very little buffering except if there's a strong side wind. This looks and feels like a good quality helmet. I already knew LS2 helmet sizing was on the small side so ordered a Large instead of my usual Medium and it fits perfectly now that it has bedded in.

It's a nice helmet, fits well and is pretty comfortable. The internal visor is good and it's easy to get in and out on the move.

The but... I find that when it's closed and I'm doing low speed it steams up very easy, I've tried to look for a pinock but there's no stock of any anywhere so I've got to keep opening and closing my visor or leaving it cracked a little bit if it's hoofing down with rain.

Been looking forward to this helmet arriving in the UK as it is the new LS2 Pioneer 2 Helmet, And monitoring the websites Sportsbikeshop had it arrive at the beginning on June which was great, So I ordered the M size one and it arrived in store the following day. The advice I was given by the staff, was spot on so when I got home I sat with the helmet on to see how it felt, It was a little tight around the collar but a good fit, but after speaking to Support they suggested changing it to the L as it was the same size shell but the interior might fit better, I agreed and the helmet arrived in store the following day and I visited the store and again found the staff very helpful and exchanged the M for the L.
I fitted an Intercom to the helmet and have not been disappointed with the quality and fit of the helmet. Excellent choice and purchase thank you Sportsbikeshop
