RST Tractech Evo 5 CE Textile Jacket - Blue / Black / White

This was a last minute purchase and I must say it has surprised me. No wind gets through it. It fits very well and looks amazing.

Great warm, waterproof jacket. Was caught in what could be described as a "Flash Flood" Stayed bone dry and warm. Out performed a Rukka jacket I used previously. Dried quickly and no extra weight added. It was a deluge of rain for an hour. Highly impressed.

Comfortable, 5 decent pockets and very wind proof, good protection with shoulder, elbow and back protectors. And being RST it zips onto my evo tech leather jeans perfectly.
Definitely buy another. Online delivery by sportsbike shop was excellent. Ordered on Thursday afternoon and delivered Friday afternoon just in time for the weekend ride .

Not quite 5 stars as this jacket does rise up at the waist when riding (there is a waist zip to attach a belt or to jeans but I don't have either) and it irritates my neck at the zip but a neck sock could provide padding, that being said I have a 19 inch neck and a 54 inch chest and a 3XL fits with room for comfort. It has some weight but that adds to the feel of protection, there are 2 chest pockets accessible from the outer zip and 2 large internal pockets accessible from the second jacket zip behind the wind breaker, with the thermal layer fitted there are pockets included that mirror the main jacket. The thermal layer is zipped at the cuffs and main zip and holds very secure, the waist pockets are big enough for keys or a phone. The level 2 protection is good quality, the spine pro runs from kidney to base of neck, the shoulder pro under the sliders and the arm pro both hold position well and don't have an affect on the feel. At higher speed the venting does work on sunny days, the thermal layer is great on colder days and I can confirm the water resistance. Over all a very comfortable jacket. Another great buy from Sportsbikeshop.

Cannot fault this jacket, dragged out my last jacket as long as possible. & for the money it's well worth it, good quality & the size seems to be spot on & very warm

Nice quality, and most importantly for me well armoured: a CE level 2 back protector, and CE level 2 type B (biggest size) shoulder and elbow armour. Nicely designed innner thermal liner that attaches at the lower sleeve ends with zips rather than buttons. Very impressed.

Had to send 1st jacket back as inner sleeve was sewn in twisted so couldn't get arm in! Returned free no problems & was sent another. Thought SBS would have apologised & maybe gave me discount code for future purchases or credit. 2nd jacket no problems, perfect fit.

Brought the RST S-1 at first and I'm so glad I sent it back. This jacket is 10 times better! Better fitting and better quality. Can't wait till the better weather comes and I'm out wearing it Highly recommended and 5 stars to SPS as usual.
