Shoei Neotec 3 - Satori TC-5

My second Shoei having owned a Neotec 2 before. Great choice of colours, infinitely customizable if you have an irregularly shaped head. Comfortable, quiet and well equipped.
My only minor gripe was that it took me forever to get the cheek pads back in having fitted the Sena SRL3 comms. It's probably a piece of cake if you do this sort of thing regularly but I had to walk away and leave it a couple of days.
Now that's fitted though, it's a first class product and should last me years if my old Neotec 2 is anything to go by.

I like the all in one concept of the Neotec Helmet, this is a replecement from the Neotec 2.

Had a lot of helmets in the past. This is my first shoei.. all I can say is amazing. If you have never tried one on before it's definitely worth the investment. They are very comfortable and of very high quality.. bought mines in the Black Friday sales. Extremely happy. Thank you sportsbikeshop!!

Everything about the Neotec 3 is quality. This is my second Neotec. I did look at others when looking for a new helmet, but I couldn't find anything that felt and fitted as good.

I have always have bought Shoei and so far this is the best. Lightweight and comfortable with an excellent delivery time.

I have had every version of the Shoei Neotec & this is the best version. It's comfortable and safe & whilst it is expensive it's worth it. Also great service from Sportsbikeshop.

After using my new helmet for a few weeks, I realise why the Shoei helmets are more expensive than a lot of the other manufacturers.
This Neotec 3 is well fitting, lightweight, quiet, very comfortable and has excellent visibility.
This is the most expensive helmet that I have ever bought but, "you only get what you pay for" and this Shoei Neotec is, in my opinion, great value for money.

Having just got back into biking after a long hiatus, a new helmet was required. I studied all the available "flip-up" options and came back to the Shoei Neotec every time, and I am so glad I went for it! The quality of materials and finish is outstanding. The fit is perfect, and so comfortable, with no uncomfortable areas pressing on any part of my head, face or ears. It also feels incredibly secure. Most noticeable is how quiet it is - with the visor down you feel safe and cocooned away from the elements. The under-chin panel really helps to create a good seal. The Pinlock visor system is new to me, and what a miracle it is! Once applied, it gives fog-free vision, even in the coldest weather. The helmet's flip-up system is very simple and effective, making like that bit easier when paying for fuel, at passport control boarding the ferry or just if you need a break and a cuppa. I've fitted a cheap-but-amazing comms system and found that the speakers started to press on my ears after about an hour or so. Fortunately, the Neotec 3 has removable foam pads that allow the speakers to fit perfectly into a recess, completely resolving the issue. All in all, an absolutely first-class, high quality helmet, and the Satori design is superb!

Not the cheapest helmet but in my opinion worth every penny.
Very comfortable, flip-front latch is easy to find/operate. The visor can be locked closed if wished. Noise level is as good as any other helmet I have used.

This is my third Neotec and once again Shoei have improved the product, ventilation appears much better, visor positions improved and general quality is excellent.

I've owned this helmet for a couple of weeks now, I have a thing with helmets, as this is my 11th in my collection which includes Aria RX7, HJC,Shark etc etc, this however is head and shoulders above them all for comfort, practicality, and above all, quietness and stability. I have also fitted the Cardo packtalk which has fitted fine.
If you are thinking of making the purchase you won't regret it.

Having had full face helmets for 20-years+ I was very sceptical about moving to a flip up. I shouldn't have been. Moving from a Shoei GT air, I am amazed at how quiet the Neotec is. Additionally, the flip up is incredibly useful in slow moving traffic or for manoeuvring the motorcycle in tight spaces where vision is important. Extremely high quality product that just oozes outstanding build quality. In conjunction with the pinlock system, the visor literally never fogs up even in colder temperatures. Getting used to the visor opening being central was challenging, but more because I've never had this system before.

Excellent quality & much improved helmet to replace my aging Neotec 1. Love the rich colours too. I was able to fit my Cardo packtalk using the metal bracket supplied by Cardo & the speakers & wiring fitted in the recesses perfectly.
