Rev'it Paramount Gore-Tex One Piece Textile Suit - Dark Blue

Worn this a few times now and it works equally well on a hot dry day as it does in a downpour. Very easy to get on and off and super adjustable. Trying on before you buy is a must as it took me a few goes to find the right combination of overall size and leg length. Usual fabulous service from the MK store staff.

TL;DR - Had this a couple of weeks and had some long wet rides. It's totally bulletproof, 100% watertight in downpour, feels quality. Downsides: No thermal lining and gets cold real quick.

I've been umming and ahhing about a set of Rukka Nivala kit for some time but have been holding out for them to make a one-piece.

Well, Rev'it got there first and within 24 hours of seeing this go up, I took the plunge after a phone chat with the Boston store who had one in stock.

Overall, the quality of the fabric is on par with the Rukka kit I've tried on. The zips are chunky and solid, both watertight and covered.
The zips run up the right thigh and from the neck to the left ankle. They make it ridiculously easy to get on and off without removing boots - I go from being 'all the gear all the time' to 'ready for the office' in about 10 seconds.

The armour is generous and comfortable, and easy to move & replace.

My main gripe is how cold it can get. The outer shell chills rapidly and there is no liner at all - let alone a removable quilted liner. Multiple layers are essential with some kind of chunky outer layer between your clothing and the hard shell. This means you need to size up a bit - I'm usually a 42 but got a 44 which was absolutely the right call. On reflection I wish I'd got a short as even sat on the bike the legs are really long!

Only other complaint is how the long zip folds up a bit and pokes me in the inner knee. It's quite stiff and I'm waiting to see if it breaks in a bit.
