Caberg Duke Evo - Move Black / White / Red

I can only speak from a personal point of view but I rate this helmet as excellent. The look, fit, features and price all contribute to me being pleased with my purchase

Very comfortable and fits snug on the head , and can't believe how light it is for a modular helmet

Had the Duke 2 before. This is much the same but better. A nicer interior, space for speakers and a bigger and upgraded visor/pinlock. But costs more of course!

Bought this to go with my new Moto Guzzi V85tt limited edition . Comfortable and looks seriously cool. Stylish and well made .

I purchased this helmet for my other half. I guided her towards this brand because they usually do an exceptional flip-up. This model she chose does not disappoint and with expert information and fitting by the staff its fit is perfection. Thanks to you all at Birmingham.

Very good fit and finish, very comfortable and quieter than my Duke 2. The mechanism is far easier to operate than the old one, especially with gloves on. Venting is well controlled.

Very much an upgrade from my HJC I90. Really comfortable and sizing as per the chart. Well ventilated and allowed easy installation of SENA intercom. Hopefully will not need to test the crash protection, but confident in it's quality.

First time I've bought a Caberg, & am impressed so far. Never bought a helmet mail order before. Measured my head as instructed, & it's a great fit. Also the first time I've had a lid with Pinlock - it's brilliant!
The only negative point is the sun visor. When up, it is still in the upper eyesight line, not too bad on my commuter, but really irritating on the Sportsbikes. If it would go up fully into the helmet this would not be an issue.. Think there are instructions in the booklet on how to remove it - I probably will. When down, it annoyingly rests on my nose - & I do not have an excessively large conk! Hence only 4*.

This is my second Caberg Duke and I'm very pleased with it. I prefer a flip top lid and this one does what I need and, crucially, is at the top end of the safety ratings. That can't be said for some of the more expensive brands.
Fitting was accurate according to the size guide and the micro-adjust clip is comfortable. The pinlock was fiddly to fit as the lugs are difficult to turn but once done, it works well. Ths sun visor is a good shade - not too dark so that going under trees is like a blackout. Could do with a better way of operating it rather than having to reach on top of your head, particularly at speed, but not it's not a major issue.
The helmet is comfortable in use and fairly quiet, though I always use good earplugs. Ventilation is fine above 30 but at slower speeds in warm weather, it gets hot. I don't use it locked up though that is a perfectly viable option with this lid. It's an excellent piece of kit -and good vfm. Recommended.
