Italian flair combined with German build quality make these the best boots encountered to date. I was initially apprehensive about purchasing these puppies due to the presence of a velcro fastener that hides the zipper pull tab. However it's clear that only the best quality components have been included in this sublime build. Even the zipper feels superior. Also worth mentioning is the deep tread on the soles that appear the be hard wearing in contrast to the usual run of the mill garbage, buy today replace tomorrow, soft as the eraser on a cheap pencil. Then of course, which for me is the most important feature of all, comfort. As they say in the colestream guards. Second to none. Finally the most obviously quality is the appearance. They are stunning to behold. Even the texture of the leather is like no other that I've ever encountered before. I have nothing to say about the water proofing abilities other than they look and feel far too good to ever take them out in bad conditions. I can't imagine based on what I've seen so far that these boots will be a disappointment on that front either. The zipper is internally covered by some kind of stretchy waterproof material that is designed to prevent water ingress here. There is no impingement as a result. For this kind of quality I would expect to pay upwards of £300 which would in my opinion be a good investment. Outstanding BMW esq. quality and come with a generous amount of satisfaction with an inherent dose of pride. It's good to know that in this disposable age, that some things are built to standard and not to price. There is hope for humanity after all.

Super comfy

The boots are super comfortable out the box, they're easy to get on and off, and are very comfy when riding and walking around. Kept my feet nice and dry in the lovely Welsh winter. I bought them in a size 10 which is my normal sixlze and they fit perfectly. Would highly recommend these to anyone.

I have had these boots for a short while and I have used them on several rides and they are just fantastic, they were comfortable straight out of the box. They are made really well, the leather is top notch and they are easy to get on and off using the zip at the side.
If you are looking for a great pair of motorcycle boots look no further.

If you take a 9 in an Adidas and and 8.5 in a Nike usually the 43 will fit you snug and proper.

The leather itself is not waterproof so I am treating mine with a balm to keep the finish looking sharp.

Great pair of boots

I've been riding for over 45 years now and can honestly say these Gordon 2 are one of the best pairs of short boots I have owned.
Normally a size around 9.5 - 10 with an average foot width, I bought these in a size 44 and they fit perfectly. They were comfortable out of the box, but became more comfortable the longer I wore them.
Protection is reasonable for a short boot, without being obtrusive and I like the side zips, it makes all the difference in ease of getting on and off whilst laces allow you the flexibility to adjust the tightness of the overall fit. Once I set mine up I have not touched the laces.
Not been out in heavy rain yet, but have confidence they will be fine, they look and feel well made but I have worn them in hot weather without any noticeable sweltering of the feet, so seem sufficiently breathable.
All in all a great boot for a good price. Sportsbikeshop as always provided a superb, quick and efficient service, happy to price match and easy fast communications. Great work guys.

Lots of products look similar in this space, I tried the competitors, eg TCX, all good but these Falco Gordon 2 also provide edge with best fit for me and the protection at toe, heel and ankle, handy zip and quick lace loops. Great service and people at Sportsbikeshop!
