RST S-1 CE Textile Jacket - Black / Grey / Fluo Yellow

Great jacket, quality feel with accurate sizing and good design features. Comfortable to wear and looks good too. I bought this to match my S-1 CE leather jacket for the wetter days. Good in the rain so far and the detachable gilet helps keep you warm.

Really like the jacket, fits lovely even with a fleece layer below it also.
I went for a large and it runs perfect, snug with a layer underneath.
Handles the wind chill well and the armor feels solid, I did get a level 2 backplate for it separately.
Haven't tried it in the wet yet so can't comment on that.
Only reason it's not 5 star is that it doesn't have a strap at the bottom of the zip, so when a lot of pressure is put on it it can open up, but was easily sorted with the zip handle again.

Overall I love the jacket!

I originally purchased the lower spec RST jacket but after reading reviews and trying it on . I decided to exchange it for the SI. Really glad I made the decision as it feels more robust and confidence. I would recommend this jacket at the price point

Good fit. Very pleased.
Arrived early than expected, which was great as this was over the christmas period.

Bought this as an occasional rider and after being away from Motorcycling for a while. Once I read the sizing instructions the fit was perfect. But you do have to buy the back protector separately. The jacket seems a little short on the arms for me but I do have longish arms. Overall I would recommend this jacket.

RST gear is pretty good. I've bought this a winter jacket. The fit is good but the sizing seems small. I had to go a couple of sizes up so it's as well i tried one on in store. The velcro tabs work ok but the cut of the coat means you have to spend a bit of time lining the cuff ones up especially. A zip would be better. I notice that on the leather version of the jacket you do get zips at the cuff. I'd have also liked a higher neck fastening. overall it's value for money and i'm not disappointed

Bought this to replace an aging Wolf jacket. The jacket fits true to size and has all the features I need. Nice comfortable jacket, for the price, its a no-brainer.

Recently bought this as a replacement for my aging Alpinestars summer jacket. It fits me perfectly, i would say the sizing is spot on. The only negative ((I'm being very picky here) is the pockets are not very deep. As always, the service from SBS was 100%

Great jacket, warm with the insert in, and cool and ventilated with the insert removed, for that hot day of summer we get here in Scotland, very nice fitting jacket. Would definitely recommend.

Fits well, I went for my usual size 'L' so didn't need to size up but I'm 6ft1 and quite thin so maybe just me.
Also looks good imo, just enough colour to help be seen. Not had a chance on the bike yet but I'm sure it'll be great.
Comes with good armour, I put my D3O in the back which fits well. All round I am happy with my purchase!

Wanted good protection with at the best price, looked at other brands around the same price but I could only find level 1 protection. Nice fit arms could do with being a bit longer but that might be just me. Jacket looks and fits great especially with a hoodie underneath.

Great jacket so far, the sizing is spot on, good waist and wrist adjustment (velcro) deep inside pockets with plenty of room for phone and wallet, I like the shoulder pads makes the jacket look really sporty, comes with thermal detachable lining for those really cold days, I bought a universal back protection size medium fitted in perfectly plus the jacket come with vent slots that you can open or close, also I like the collar is lowish and doesn't irritate your neck as some jackets I found do, I 100 % recommend this jacket for a great all rounder.

Replaced my ageing and well worn RST leather 2 piece suit with this RST Textile 2 piece suit. I am a 44"- 46" chest, 38" waist and 33" inside leg. I ordered an XL jacket and XL trousers and they are a great fit with the thermal liners in both. The suit is snug and very comfortable and there will be a bit more room if and when I remove the liners. I have long arms and was concerned that some reviews had said the sleeve length was too short but I find the sleeve length perfect. They look long enough when just wearing the jacket but the slightly shorter cut allows them to slip comfortably inside the cuff of my sports gloves. I feel this suit is good value for money with the usual high quality that brings me back to RST kit every time. I bought the all black colour version of the suit, it looks smart, feels good, is certainly 3 season warm enough and having ridden through the odd shower I have stayed dry. It's got enough pockets, vent zips and velcro adjusters to please most people. I ride a Yamaha Tracer 900, the suit is perfect for the bike. Treat yourself !
