Great fitting jacket

This is a very comfortable jacket to wear as it's stacked with adjustments. Quality product with all the safety needed in the real world. Apparently it's A rated instead of AA due to the stretch panels under the arm. Love this jacket and as always with Klim the fit is consistent and generous.

Klim Latitude Jacket - Highly Recommended

I needed new gear (jacket, pants, boots, gloves) for a tour down through Spain and Morocco and back, and after comparing offerings from numerous brands including Klim and Rukka, I settled on Klim gear.
I purchased the Klim Latitude jacket in Castlerock / Hi-Vis and matching pants, together with Outlander GTX boots, Adventure GTX Short waterproof gloves and Dakar Pro lightweight gloves.
I opted for the Latitude jacket and pants because I felt they struck the right balance between protection, waterproofness, weight, venting, quality and price.
I have to say that I have been delighted with them and after covering over 3,500 miles through both Spanish and Moroccan heat and British storms, they have performed flawlessly. In heat, there are plenty of vents to open up in both the jacket and pants to flow air, and in rain and wind they are absolutely watertight - even after riding for hours through constant rain. The same goes for the Adventure GTX boots and Adventure GTX short gloves.
The sizing, with it being a US brand, is quite generous. I'm 5' 11" with 44" chest and 36" waist, and I got the jacket in L size and pants in XL. There are lots of adjustments on the jacket to get the fit just right - two adjustment straps on each arm, two straps on each side of the body together with a waist adjustment zip on each side.
I really like how light, comfortable and adjustable this jacket is relative to others and find it caters well for all scenarios - open all the vents in hotter weather or layer up when it's colder.
Overall, I highly recommend the Klim Latitude.
Finally, the service from Sports Bike Shop was outstanding - ordered a load of gear to my local store in Birmingham so I could try them all on and decide which was best, no trouble at all. Definitely my go-to first choice shop for bike gear these days.

An excellent quality product as one would expect from Klim. Light weight for the summer months but think will be also useable through the early winter months. Sizing exactly as stated, so fits perfectly. As usual, excellent sportsbikeshop delivery.

Light, Strong and comfortable

I'm 6,1 and I would say I'm usually a Large T shirt or 44 with 34 waist. I went for XL in this jacket and I'd say I have loads of room, I adjusted all the straps to their maximum tightness and it fits well. I could have gone for a Large so I'd say it's sized normally. I was quite happy as this is a light jacket and you will definitely need warm layers underneath for the UK. Look and feel is top quality it's very comfortable and light BUT it's only CE rating A, so something to be aware of. So far I've only worn it in the dry but I already love it, I've no doubt it's going to keep the elements out. Given the safety rating I think it's pricey.

On my first motorcycle ride with this jacket, I rode in the rain. It's a really great jacket because you don't have to worry about the rain. I had a really small design problem with the previous model of the Klim jacket. The Klim company immediately solved my problem and replaced the jacket with a new model. Unbelievable, I really recommend Klim.

Bought this to replace a mesh jacket with detachable thermal and waterproof liners (that aren't waterproof). I wanted a suit that did everything and was prepared to pay for it. I already had a gerbing heated jacket so wasn't bothered about thermal lining.
I tried a medium Rukka and Richa, both felt a bit restrictive.
I'm a medium in everything I wear so was surprised that small in this Klim jacket was actually quite roomy, with my heated jacket and a base layer this is a perfect fit. It has lots of adjustment for when I'm not wearing the heated jacket and the liner is nice If just wearing a t-shirt. Currently used between 6-13deg and needed to use the heated jacket on low. It feels like it should allow excellent airflow and be cool in warmer weather. Got caught in one heavy downpour and remained dry as a bone. I've never had waterproof zips before and they do feel a bit stiff but I'm sure they will get easier with use.
Given its low neck(which I prefer),lots of vents and loose fit I feel it's aimed more towards spring, summer and autumn weather than say Rukka which had a high collar and fewer vents. I'm impressed with Klim so far, everything about it feels quality. Yes it was expensive but I'm confident that even in 5 years time should anything go wrong it will get sorted and not mean buying a new suit, time will tell.
