When I decided to go down the intercom route I bought a pair of at that time top of the range from the other major brand. I had a lot of issues and spent more time at the roadside trying to figure out why the music stopped or sat nav than riding. I then bought a Shoei Neotec with built in Sena. Works perfectly no issues linked to bike etc. So when I needed a second unit for my other helmet went for the 20s evo. I like the simple chunky buttons the easy to operate jog wheel and have had no pairing issues at all with my partner or riding buddy. No mesh on this model but Bluetooth works fine for us. Fitted to my Arai Tour X4 quickly and sound quality is excellent.
Never had a motorcycle comms system before but that has exceeded my expectations, very pleased with the purchase.
After struggling using ear pods for years this is a revelation. It was easy to fit and set up and works brilliantly.
Once set up I was delighted. The sound quality is excellent and I got no wind noise although I didn't go much over 60.

So my son and I were going on a long road trip and needed to keep connected. We decided on the Sena 20s. The delivery from Sportsbikeshop was exceptional. So we tried to get them to work and they would work on their own but wouldn't connect to each other. After many attempts and as we were going through Boston we decided to call into Sportsbikeshop and ask why they wouldn't connect. So after 50 seconds the guy got them to work. It seems the instructions miss out that you need to press the button. After that, perfect communication for the rest of the weekend. So just remember to press the button.
Quality product from Sena well built easy to set up and the sound quality is spot on.

The performance of the product is fantastic, the sound quality is great, connecting across the mesh network is also easy and not a problem. Even with biker gloves navigating the buttons on the road is easy and the sena "talk" command picks up what you say very well. I haven't experienced other communication devices but this one is great and well worth the price.

Bought this for my shark flip helmet, easy to fit quality product very easy to do, but I do wish they would send written lnstructions, their downloads were not easy to get or follow, but maybe I am just getting too old for all this stuff, did get it up and running in the end and it works a treat, love it
I bought this for my Shoei Neotech 2. It was easy to fit and is really comfortable to wear. I have used other intercoms before but this one is really clear even at higher speeds, unlike some others. It links well to other sets and maintains good sound quality. Well worth paying a bit more.
Updated my sena 5smh and didn't really need a mesh system. Just wanted to be able to chat to my buddy pastry, and listen to music at the same time. The sound quality is so much better, nice bass and clear vocals. I'm a very happy chap...

The 20S EVO was designed with a fixed type, shark fin antenna as opposed to its predecessor with the flip up antenna.
