Scorpion ADX 2 - Camino White / Blue / Red

First of all, excellent service from Sportsbikeshop as usual. Helmet well packaged and delivered quickly.
I've only done about 200 miles with this helmet so far but I am very impressed.
Stable, acceptable wind noise, comfortable and a good fit for me. Wide field of vision, optically good visor and sun visor. A bt heavier than my outgoing Shoei but quickly used to it.

Never had a helmet like this before I but just bought a big KTM so I thought it was the law.
What a mistake. Fitted great in the shop but on the bike at over 30mph, it felt very painful on my forehead. The peak vibrates. The strap doesn't have a fastening for the spare part so it slaps around in the wind. The visor leaked very quickly in the rain in Wales. It's incredibly noisy but that may be partly due to the bike screen. The ear cups are not really deep enough for intercom speakers and it's difficult to fit an intercom due to the the position of the internal dark visor switch. And due to being a flip up, it's quite heavy.
But it comes with a Pin lock and has great visibility when not raining.

What can I say but, I absolutely love this lid, read reviews and some say its noisy but I find it very quite and love the fact you can just clip in the intercom device very pleased I purchased

Good value for a little over £200. Needs more room around the chin area and the peak vibrates a lot. Visor steams up and leaks, Pinlock hasn't worked yet. Generally a good fit with reasonable quality. You can definitely feel the difference between a £500 helmet against this. It wouldn't stop me from recommending as this really is good value for money. Also a lot quieter than my expensive helmet.

This is the first flip front helmet I've owned and so far I'm very impressed with the quality and build so far The fit for me is great and it's very quiet and draught free. The visor and sun shade are nice and clear and easy to use and the pinlock insert supplied with it works well. The fact the flip section can be locked in the open position and used like an open faced helmet in town is a really nice touch. I'm looking forward to not having to take it off in fuel stations. For the money I think it's hard to beat.

Nice helmet. Seems good quality with plenty of features. Peak is easy to install/remove and the opening mechanism works nicely (and locks in place). However, the slider to operate the sun visor was quite loose (not enough friction), allowing the visor to partially drop down just with the movement of my head. This could be at best annoying and at worst, dangerous. Had to return. Apart from that, a nice bit of kit and competitively priced.

Build quality, quality of materials, fit, finish all much superior to my last Scorpion about 4 years ago, which was also "ok" , but this is much nicer. Feels really nice on my head, even with the spoiler fitted wind noise no issue, used this whilst riding my KTM 690 Enduro, up to around 70mph, zero problems. Chin bar precise when it locks, easy to use, strap nice to use.

Cons ? Sun visor is a little sloppy but not terrible, retracts fine but just isn't so tight and can droop back down just a tiny bit.

Very very happy, may look at another Scorpion when I come to replace my Road helmet.

I accidentally ordered an XL instead of L, but on trying it, it felt good on my long head. Moving parts easy to operate. After a full day off-road, it felt stable, with no pressure points, and didn't move around when the going got bumpy. Would be nice for the visor to have a 'slightly open' detente to clear any temporary misting. Cooling is good, great field of view. Peak didn't give any turbulence issues on road at speed

Just got into adventure biking, so first helmet of this kind. I find the adx-2 to be a very comfortable helmet. Love the modular design and also the pinlock is great. Service from Sportsbikeshop is unbeatable.

I've had flip-up's before but as I love having a peak, needed an upgrade to something that fit both bills....as well as being easier to tank up as most garages/shops are accepting of flips but not full-face lids.

Really pleased with this and also a bonus you can take the peak off if you want - popping the visor off was a doddle and I'm in love with the coin-slot style screws as well! So much easier to get off, so getting the included pinlock fitted was no trouble at all.

It fit snugly but is true to size and with a bit of wearing in is now much more comfortable - the cheeks are a little more padded than I'm used to but overall I'm not complaining at all!

I've not experienced any real wind noise in a comparably worse way to any other helmets I've had - if anything, it's actually been quieter!

Very easy to also get my Cardo fitted with the speakers and boom mic, so 5 stars all over from my experience so far.

Not ridden with it on yet but seems robust. Really good fit in XL 60-61. The feel is very premium and looks like will last for a long time. Installed a cardo in this helmet and was really easy to do and at no point did it feel like I would break any of the snap fixtures or push pins. Overall I am very happy and am hoping to be riding with this for many years. Also the 5 year warranty is a nice addition.

Good quality helmet with comfortable inner padding.
Very easy to use the flip-up mechanism even while on the move. Like the integrated sun screen. The free pin-lock that comes with the helmet is a big bonus. My only gripe is that it's not a double-D ring.

Great helmet for the price. For me it's a good fit, really comfortable and reasonably light. The peak is quite stable even at speed and wind noise is minimal. Wide aperture ensures good visibility and supplied pinlock helps keep visor clear.

Having owned and loved the fit and finish of a Scorpion carbon helmet I had no hesitation in buying another model style to go with my adventure bike.
The adx2 comes with all the goodies and fulfills everything I needed at a really great price.
My only identifiable fault was that the air turbulence from my screen hitting the helmet made the top air vent switch rattle, which I will have to rectify.
