TCX Blend 2 Waterproof Boots - Brown

Like other reviews have said, comfy straight out the box and don't really feel like they need breaking in, the soles are very grippy so reassuring when its wet under foot.

These boots are superb! Comfortable from new, easy to put on and take off they provide durable style and all day comfort. I have already worn them for a short two day touring holiday where they remained comfortable yet offered robust support when needed. Highly recommended!

I wanted a short boot that I could wear under riding jeans and after some research settled for the Blend 2. They were very comfy out of the box, look good and seem like nice quality (I've had several other pairs of TCX boots and they are generally high quality and last well). I didn't go for the GTX version, deciding to trust TCX's own waterproof membrane. I also wasn't sure if rain would get in over the top. I'm pleased to report that, having just ridden to the Alps and back over a 10 day period, during which there were some very wet days, my feet stayed dry and comfortable the entire time and the boots still look great. My Scott waterproof pants are long enough and grip tightly enough so that rain doesn't penetrate. When walking around off the bike they are very light and comfy and I almost forget about them. Altogether I'm very pleased with these boots!

I ordered these roughly two weeks ago and have taken the time to wear them in. At first then we're quite much stiffer than the previous tcx casual boots I've ordered but these are also quite a lot higher than them which is why I went after them is that I don't get splashed by the back wheel as my trousers would ever cover the Achilles very well.

The leather and materials feels quite premium and the sole is super soft and grippy which I was not used to in the dry but in the wet it was perfect the leather out of the box is pre stressed and does look worn but I personally applied some natural leather balm to moisturise it (as per tcx manual) and currently looks stunning and these are the perfect fit in a day to day errands.

The do feel a little warm on the extra hot days but I prefer to have the WP liner as we all know is a priority here.

These are excellent boots. Waterproof and very comfortable straight off the bat.

Come up big, I'm normally a 46 the 45 fitted better.

Great boots. Very comfy straight away. Ridden with them a few times and walked around in them off the bike. Also very quick to unlace/take off which surprised me. Age and wear will only make them look better.

Comfy straight out of box, size 9 normally 43 is a good fit.

These are my first boots specifically for my bike. I wanted a pair that I could wear all year and these fitted the bill. Very comfortable and true to size. They look great with any trousers you wear too - denim or black waterproofs. They are very well made and should last me years.

I was surprised just how comfortable these boots were as soon as I put them on. Nice grippy soles. I'm normally a size UK 9.5 so I ordered a 43 and 44. 43 fits perfectly for me.

I was a little concerned as some earlier reviews of this second generation TCX boot suggested it wasn't a patch on the first - but not regretting the purchase one bit! It was really comfortable from the off - and I have quite wide feet. The sizing was true (I sometimes have to go for size 46 footware whereas I am really a 45 - the 45 fitted me really well. I am just delighted to have found a smart short boot which looks great on and off the bike and that will offer good protection. I haven't done much riding in them yet due to the recent poor weather, but am confident they will serve me well on long or short rides.

My old TCX boots were well worn and battered, so I decided to replace them with the latest version. Straight out of the box they are super comfy, fit perfect, are warm and crucially waterproof.
So glad I stuck with what I'm used to. Excellent boots.

This is my second pair of TCX Blend2 boots and they are the best purchase you can make if you are after casual looking boots.
Straight out of the box comfy and wore them for a two mile walk on the first day.

Great looking boot and very good protection. I can attest to that after having a car roll it's front wheel into my ankle whilst it was squeezing past the left of me at a roundabout.

The ankle protection and heel protection did its job. And although the car was crawling, and the driver released he had come into contact with me, the boot definitely saved my ankle from getting injured I'm sure of it.

The boot looks great too. I wear these for my work commute and leave them on all day. Very comfy, no issues at all and true to fit.

They'll look even better when worn in and scuffed up. Maybe I should be thanking that Nissan driver for helping out with that on my left boot.

Deffo 5 star boot. After having gone through a lot of boots trying to find the right balance between protection and a boot I can wear whilst at work and off the bike, this is the one.

Waterproof has held up fairly well. Although after an hour and a half in the pouring rain and part of that on the motorway, with a lot of spray at the boot - there was some water seepage. But if you want full waterproofing under hours and hours of that level of water, then you would need a different style of boot.

I take a 10.5 size and bought true to size. I can fit a pair of think warm socks on with comfort.

So if you want a boot that can be worn off the bike as well as on and like the style - buy them.
