RST Tour1 CE Leather Trousers - Black / Black

Really pleased with these jeans from RST. Quality feels great. Knee & Hip armour in perfect placement. I wanted a quality pair of leather jeans but without knee sliders so these were ideal.

However, as others have mentioned, I chose a size smaller than my regular jean size. I'm usually a 32W but went for a size 30 (with regular leg) in these.

Fit is pretty good. I still have to put the waist tightener to its max position but on the bike they feel great. A size 32 would have been too big and a 28 probably too small. RST's own website also has a helpful sizing chart that shows the RST size they recommend based on your waist size.

And as always fantastic service from SportsBikeShop with next day delivery. I wouldn't go anywhere else for bike clothing and gear.

Good quality leather. A few niggles. The connecting zip on the jeans are stitched close to the leather so it takes a bit of a pull to get it over that. Standard RST lack of adjustment other than the little velcro tab, which basically does nothing.
True to size. Wear a 34 jean and ordered 34, a touch big but no real issue. I wear braces anyway.

I ordered the short leg and that fit perfectly however, the waist line was said to be for a 30-32 inch waist. My waist is 31 inches and the pants are very baggy. Besides that, the quality is great. The hip armor is level 2 rated and the leather feels quality.

The RST jeans are an excellent fit and very comfortable waist size comes up at correct size only the leg length is different to my previous jeans I had to go for short leg to get knee armour in correct place

I listened to everyone else, go a size up in waist. Nice fit feel great. Broke in after a few rides. I'd definitely buy again.

Very comfortable leathers. Unfortunately had a crash not long after owing these leather bottoms, but fortunately it held up perfectly. Not a scratch on me and the stitching and leather stayed in tact. Very well made and I can confidently say in the event of an accident will protect you.

Size down on these - I'm normally a 32 inch waist but the 30 inch waist fits me better.
I even have to pull the waist tightener across to get the perfect fit.

Leather feels really durable but with the interwoven stretch material these become a really comfortable and flexible bike trouser.

If you are using these in cold weather you might need a thermal layer as the stretch material isn't cold resistant however you get a nice breeze when the weather is warmer!

The knee protection continues down to the shin in a nice fitted way and the hip padding is really well moulded and feels really protective.

The legs taper off really nicely at the zips so they fit perfectly into my boots.

I'm 1.83m tall and chose regular length which is perfect.

A nice comfortable set of trousers I bought this as my first set of leathers along with the Sabre leather jacket. I didn't want knee sliders that I wasn't going to use, hence why I bought these over the Sabre pants which I think are almost identical apart from the knee sliders.

When new, I did notice the attachment zip was difficult to get started. A few months in though and it failed completely. SBS were great in arranging the return and the repair job looks factory fresh, you'd have no idea the zip had been replaced.

They only have a small single pocket, enough to squeeze my bike keys into but not much else.

Waist sizing was interesting. I'm normally a 34 in everyday clothes, though I do have some older clothes that are 32s and I can just about squeeze into them. But I had to go for a size 30 in the end to get a good fit with these, I can't even pull up a pair of 30 inch everyday pants so RST have got it wrong big time with the sizing of these.

Perfect sizing. Very comfortable for the summer with perforated leather. Not sure how they would be in the colder months but I didn't buy them for winter riding.

Price matched to another store so saved quite a lot and free next day dpd delivery.

These jeans are a great and a good addition to the RST leather jacket I bought. Supple comfortable and well positioned protection. Had to go down a size for best fit.

Very good trousers, used a couple of times before bedded in.
Sizes are on large size, had to send first pair back as hanging off me.
