Nexx X.R2 Carbon - Redline Matt Black

Lid fits well. Possibly a bit bigger inside than my previous Shark. Smoked visor came free but no Pinlock. About as noisy as my previous £250 Shark which was fine for me. Visor was a bit stiff at first.

My previous helmet was a Bell and I thought I wouldn't be converted. But after seeing the reviews I thought I'll give it a go.
Can't believe how light it is! Makes riding that bit more enjoyable. Great vision, especially to the corners of your eyes. Comes with a dark tint visor and a regular clear visor, which is a bonus. As some brands you have to buy the tinted one as an extra. My only slightly negative point is, that you may need to buy a size up than your normally would. Can be quite a squeeze initially. I had to exchanged mine for a size up and S.B.S were splendid in getting the helmet back to me very quickly. Fantastic service!

I normally buy AGV, had Caberg before but on this occasion the reviews and the price was too hard to resist. So far I'm totally converted to Nexx. The build quality is amazing, the fit is a little snug compared to my previous helmet but I can live with that. And its really quiet out and about. Mostly motorway miles, n still quiet. So I would definitely give this helmet 5 stars.

Crash tested 1 day after arriving. No neck pain and imperceptible concussion. Very impressed. Visibility excellent too, and comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Top lid

Went for the larger size as a review stated and it's perfect. Alittle tight to get on over my ears but it's new at the end of the day. Not the quietest but very lightweight. Delivery was on time and packaged very well. Will definitely be using again. Cheers

Very light. Quality is great. Plenty ventilation, comfy. Comes with extra padding if needed. Very good field of vision. Very stylish and well made. This is the only helmet I've had that I don't feel the need to open the visor for a breather every time I stop at the lights.

Nexx x R2 helmet , wasnt sure about buying this helmet cause not heard that much about them . But I've used this for a month now and it's the best I've had , always had good named helmets but this is light , very comfortable, and got great vision, also looks amazing, I'd recommend this to anyone ,

Good fit the field of view is good and the vents let enough airflow to stop you getting to hot comes with pin lock inserts so no forging of the visor

Amazing helmet I've had few of helmets and must say the 1st thing I noticed out of the box was how beautiful it was the carbon weave and colour proper popped and the size was perfect with loads of padding and another great thing of it come with every thing u could want this a helmet extra padding clear and tinted visor fox thing for your visor heck all that on my other helmets I had to pay extra for and the prize for what u get is amazing thank you will be using your helmets and products in the near future .

This is my second Nexx helmet, and I am really happy with it, it is a little more noisy than I expected it to be, but that doesn't bother me. Also, it is a "cold" helmet, even with the vents closed, I can feel the wind in my ears.
The quality is very good, really light, and very comfortable.

This is my first Nexx helmet and I'm very pleased with it. I had gotten frustrated with the more well known brands that I had tried all having the same issue - when you're tucked in at speed the top of the aperture or 'brow' partially obstructs your view the road ahead. So, after doing a bit of research online into this problem the brand Nexx kept coming up as a helmet that has a taller aperture and therefore doesn't suffer from this issue. I tried it on and decided pretty much straight away that this is the perfect lid for me, I looked up and couldn't see the brow of the helmet at all! The construction and finish are excellent, the carbon is protected by a deep clearcoat lacquer and the fittings inside have feel of quality about them. The visor is positive in its action has a recess on its inner surface for the Pinlock supplied and when fitted extends right to the top of the visor so it doesn't obstruct your vision when tucked in on the bike either. A quick thank you to the staff at SBSMK who as usual couldn't do enough to help while in the store.

This helmet is simply amazing. First off the looks, absolutely stunning, I love the carbon fibre and the gold matches it perfectly, and the helmet arrived without a scratch. Second the noise reduction, I thought my last helmet was good, this helmet is honestly the best helmet I have ever owned, with a visor that doesn't make noise when shutting and you hear soo little air as you are riding. And thirdly the comfort, I was expecting the helmet to be a little uncomfortable at first but no, the helmet fit perfectly and came with extra padding just to make it that much more comfortable.
This is hands down the best helmet I have ever owned, and the price makes it unbelievable, I would easily recommend this helmet to anyone.
