Oxford Montreal 4.0 Textile Trousers - Black / Grey / Red

On a recent ride from Lincoln to Dover during sometimes heavy rain, these kept me dry and warm over the 200 mile ride.

Recommended.

Had these a few weeks now. They are warm with the liner in and waterproof too. Only issue is the braces tend to get stuck inside the trousers when you put them on. Minor irritation that you can overcome. Fit is true

Good product and comfortable when worn but the inner layer obstructs while removing the trousers. The ride is comfortable with it.

Bought these trousers for winter riding and had a good test on their first time out as it rained all day. Temperatures went down 5c but they managed to keep my legs warm and dry so would say these are a good quality product for the price.
Will be buying the matching jacket next based on this experience.

Good fit very comfortable, look good and go well with other jackets as well. This is my second pair grey/ black perfect.

Great product and well made. I wore this today riding home from a night shift in 5°c and stayed perfectly warm. Very wind resistant. I had to go a size up as the thighs were snug, but the adjustable waist sorted this. The thigh vents are also handy to keep you cool when indoors.

Bought these to replace my pair of Mondial bottoms that had started to leak.
Originally bought another pair of mondial bottoms, but these leaked the first journey I had in the rain. Sportsbikeshop was excellent with its returns policy as always. Decided to try these montreal instead due to the reviews and so far very impressed. Not as refined as the mondial in anyway, however they have proven to be waterproof on my 30min motorway commute and that's all I can ask for!
Sportsbikeshop are by far the best provider of motorcycle gear in my opinion, I have returned a couple of items over the years due to faulty manufacturing and each time they have been excellent.
No quibble, no hassle. Free returns and Next day delivery on all items and nearly always the cheapest on price.

These are really nicely made and the most comfortable I have worn without doubt, helped by the braces. Worn twice so far in wet conditions and done the job as they should. One negative , unlike the black version there is only one leg length which is a bit strange. I would probably have gone up a length if I could but they are just about okay with long winter boots. This is not a problem for me as I will only be using them during the winter months.

My husband wears them all day when out, they fit well and are safe. Blend into the day to day use. Would buy anytime again.

Bought these to go with the jacket...used on the coldest day so far this year and have gotta say...wow!!..Snug as a bug job...
Buy the next size up and you wont regret it..

Had to go up a couple of sizes to get a good fit but the order process and return worked really well. The jeans are comfortable, warm and well made, perfect for winter riding.

Purchased the trousers and jacket as a suit and I must say the quality is beyond belief. Extremely waterproof, really very good quality and wouldn't think twice of buying again from Sportsbikeshop. Exceptional exceptional exceptional. I can't say any more about the quality and customer service of this shop.

Mate had a pair of these Jean's and suggested I try them so last time went to SBS I did they are great the braces work well, plenty of adjustment to get fit right, very warm when riding, not tried in rain yet but have other Oxford gear and it works well in rain,

Bought these to replace the version 2 pair I had, the braces had all frayed and starting to get a wet arse, in heavy rain.
So the suggested sizing of these for me is a small, but had to go up to medium which is fine as these are used more for the trip to work and commuting, they feel well made and the fit is ok, can't say how water proof they really are yet but with the great British winter weather upon us, I'll find out. The fit feels a bit tight honestly trying to get them on over jeans can be a chore, with my big toe getting caught on the bottom, so have to undo the velcro fasteners at the bottom of the trousers then you have alot more room. This I found to be annoying a little bit, the v2 had a zip, also I'd get a small draught coming up on to my ankles if I'm wearing trainers, if wearing boots not so bad, these v4 versions have a smaller back then the v2s where the braces start from also, but overall a good pair of decent jeans for a good price. I think about £120 so not so bad, and as always super helpful staff...

Only a good rating because I haven't had the opportunity to ride in the rain.
Good fit, in the leg and waist, very warm with the thermal liner. Very comfortable with or without the thermal liner.
Fit and secure well over boots with Velcro.
Good waist closer and over shoulder braces that don't slip off.
