Fingers too short for me

These were my third pair of Spada gloves and I've had no issues previously but with these the finger length was too short. I would say that my own fingers are probably on the shorter side but I found that wearing these gloves was very uncomfortable. The seam inside the fingers was actually painful after a while. Unfortunate as I like my other Spada's, and otherwise they were well made and the sort of glove that I was looking for. Of course Sportsbikeshop were excellent and replaced them without issue. Thanks

I already have a red pair and wanted the blue to match colour of the bike (sad). These are so comfortable and allow you to "feel" the controls better than others

Found XL fits perfect, would usually go for L.
Very comfortable fit and like other Spada clothing well made, with protection in the right places.
Excellent value for money, and would certainly buy again.

This is actually the 2nd pair of the Spada MX Air I've owned.

The last pair finnally wore out after 3 years with holes in the fingers, a worn through palm. Having worn them as my regular gloves through summers and early winter months.

I decided on buying the same pair again after trying some cheap gloves on Amazon and being severely unimpressed.

The Air MX are relatively low cost, bit the stitching is good quality and the sizing is also proportional (to my hands at least)

They give a good amount of control feel - and they're not pre-curved which I prefer, in summer weather the air vents allow good cooling but obviously being fabric gloves they are not waterproof so any rainstorms they will not keep your hands dry.

At the price point they're a great buy and I hope Spada keep manufacturing them as after receiving my new pair I would likely look to but them again in the future.

Lightweight look decent

OK so I rated average why?

They are good for the money, lightweight and seem robust but I haven't worn them out yet. Hang on what! How can you review them then?

Allow me to explain, I used the size guide and the size of all my other gloves to choose what size I needed.

The large arrived and my fingers were pressing into the end of the glove and the webbing between the fingers was halfway up them. OK so wrong size right? No unfortunately not. I returned them and as usual sportsbikeshop were fast at sending out the next size up (XL) sadly my fingers are still jamming into the ends of the finger section uncomfortably, but the webbing was at least 3/4 of the way down my fingers now.

I can't go to the next size up or the palm area will be too loose. I didn't bother returning them because at the end of the day if its a sizing issue you have to pay for the return. At that rate I'd have paid for 3/4 the price of the glove and still have nothing to show for it.

So yeah not about the overall quality which seems good and I have a lot of spada kit which lasts. The proprtions of these gloves however is not the greatest.
