Sidi Atojo SRS Boots - Yellow Fluo / White / Blue

I previously owned a pair of BMW Competition off road boots but even after plenty of practice I struggled to change gear.
The SIDI ATOJO SRS, are very comfortable and I was able to change gear straight from out of the box at the shop.
They fit me extremely well providing excellent all round support. The build quality appears to be very good, they have three replaceable buckles and Velcro closures. The sole is also replaceable.
For short walks they are fine but due to their designed stiffness you wouldn't want to go too far.
I selected black and silver but other options are available.
Great boots, great value for money while providing full certified support for off road riding.

As the crossfire 3 isn't available in any gaudy colours the Atojo definitely is so I went for these over another pair of crossfire's and they don't half stand out.
Jury's out on which offer the most protection but the Atojo is certainly a good boot and light, perfect if you ride for hours. They felt stiffer than the crossfire at first but in no time we're feeling like like my favourite pair of slippers and have great mobility yet good support.
I was always an Astars fan but after they left welted soles I always struggled to get gears. I had the same fear when Sidi came out with the SRS but I've never had any issues with gears, brake or peg feel. Waterproof - No ! Just wear sealskins

Bought these about a year ago to go on the Off Road Skills course (and then to their Portugal trip and another course earlier in the year). No comments from the instructors that they were not suitable.
I have previously had Sidi boots, so knew that they are for thinner feet, and these are the same, fit me well, but be wary if you normally need a wider shoe.
Loads of plastic armour, and the hinge mechanism works well. The usual Sidi squeak when walking, but comfy to walk in (probably not a hike though). Keep feet dry in large puddles and shallow streams. Feel very supportive. I don't remember them taking long to be comfortable, did wear them around the house first!
Boot feels well made and looks like they should last me a while. I recently bought the Enduro soles to have more tread/grip, easy to fit, but haven't yet been out with them fitted. (The Crossfire 3 SRS soles are the same and fit these boots. Not currently available through SBS.)
As these have the SRS soles, there is no "lip" around the front of the boot, I found that changing gear when stood up is a "move the foot off peg, toe under lever and up" change rather than lifting lever with the lip around the boot. Easy enough when you get used to it. (When sat down can change gear with foot on peg but under lever.)
Great boots if you have "Sidi" feet!
