Rev'it Ladies Sand 4 H2O Textile Jacket - Black

So I very nearly purchased trousers & textile jacket on
Line due to the whole covid issues with visiting retail.
However decided to pop to sports bike shop, thank goodness I did. Really easy ordering system. Tried on many jackets. This jacket is great for warmer weather in uk due to removable lining(s). Has a waterproof and quilted jacket inside, so can be used for wet and cold weather as well as using the outer layer for warmer weather. Really impressed. I don't think I need another textile jacket! Waterproof lining yet to be tested however looks great, up to the job, quality looking product and fits well around the wrists. Quilted lining is great for cooler times and appears to do the job well in weather around 10 degrees and above.
For those ladies with longer hair like me, my hair does not get caught in Velcro neck fastening because it doesn't have one! This jacket has a rather useful popper button (instead of Velcro-yeah) that can be folded back securely to allow air flow or folded back for further security in those dodgy insects and uk weather months/weeks.
Size; well I'm a 12 to 14, 40 odd years of age and hormonal in presentation and build. Size 14 fitted well however opted for the 16 so if I need to put a thermal lining in I could without feeling like a marshmallow! The fit can be adjusted by the panels on the side so you won't have some kind of drag like balloon effect when riding. Also the jacket can make you look like you have some kind of feminine waist. The armour fits well to elbows and shoulders, you will need back armour! The length for me is great I like a longer jacket. Has the typical zip at the back to attach to trousers (I'm saving for them). The colour is great and I feel safer in this with the cool colour and reflective elements, than the typical black dull coloured jackets. You will be seen however not 'in your face' look if you know what I mean. I'm not a girly girl so was impressed with the design, colour and the quality is ace! Lots of pockets that are secure, also a clever little inside pocket for devices and headphones if needed.
The one thing I would add is when the linings are removed the sleeve maybe a little loose at the wrist; so ensure good gloves to avoid any travelling insects and showers that may cause some discomfort.
Really impressed with this jacket, it fits, feels safe and looks great!
