RST Axiom CE Waterproof Boots - Black

Need a size down from my Daytonas. Appear to be well made and are comfy. Velcro over gusset is very strong. Nice touch is velcro on the zip tag. Not tried in heavy rain yet. Soles are a bit slippy on damp ground and on rubber footpegs. Hopefully this will change once sole has become roughed by use.

A comfy boot that looks good but first day of use , spent all day in the pouring rain. Left foot dry, right foot soaked after 5 mins.
Have now treated with waterproofing agent , awaiting something greater than a light shower to test.

First pair of non leather boots I have bought since some old Alpinestars which would no longer be described as "fashionable" !
Build quality seems good and sizing seems spot on.
Have worn them around the house and they seem comfortable over several hours.
On the bike, I forgot they were new as they were really comforable.
Yet to try them in the wet, but I am sure they will keep my feet dry.

The boots themselves are great, however I was sent a damaged/pre worn pair which was frustrating. I had to return for a swap. As usual the customer service was spot on though.

Good quality and very comfortable. Have just finished a bike tour in Scotland which was very wet but my feet stayed nice and dry.

Wanted a second pair of boots and chose these RST Axiom, as I'd just brought a leather jacket and jeans. Great boots, comfortable and warm. Don't know how waterproof but I'm sure I'll get to find out. Excellent quality and value.

Time to replace my Sidi race boots, went for these waterproof touring boots. Comfortable and well made with great protection built in. First pair of non leather boots so hoping they perform as well as my old boots.
Price matched by SBS after their Black Friday sale, well impressed with the service received.

These have replaced a older set of RST boots, and for the price they offer excellent value, these appear to be well built and have a decent grip on the bottom and a nice added reflective strip on the back.

I am size 8 but have quite a wide foot and went for size 8 which fits fine however is a little tight around the toes but not noticable when on the bike.

Fit well, with lots of protection. All you want in a touring boot.

Went with four stars as too soon to say how they'll last. I've a broad foot and bought my normal trainer shoe size, perfect fit (snug the way you'd want them). Kept my feet dry and warm. Felt a bit stiff but after a couple of days they'd broke in nicely. Great price, great service, does the job it's intended for

Purchased due to the price, and I like this style of boots with my jeans.
They are a good fit, but I bought a size 9 as I know this type of boot can be a squeeze to put on, and I normally wear an 8 to 8 and a half shoe/boot.
Once on, they feel fine. My feet and ankles feel well protected, and I don't feel that the boots will fail if they are ever really needed.
Saw another review that said they were heavy - I disagree, they are lighter than my old TCX boots that are almost identical in style, so I have no issue with the weight at all.
They are nicely padded up the front of the shin. Are they waterproof ? I have no idea - yet. Would I buy again ? Yes, I probably would.

Bought these for a Xmas present for my son. His appraisal is as follows. Solid boots,very sturdy,warm, waterproof but quite heavy. Significantly heavier than any other boot worn before.
