LS2 Chart Evo Vented Textile Trousers - Black

Good fit, warm and so far good quality.

I am new to motorcycling so all the equipment and clothing I buy is first time so unable to compare with any previous items. However, I have bought numerous items from SBS including jacket,gloves, base layers, socks and maintenance items. I have returned a couple of items in the past for exchange of size of which there is no quibble at al. The exchanged items have always been recieved within a few days of SBS receiving the returned items. As regards these trousers, I am a 5' 10" chap with a 36" waist. I ordered XL regular. When received these they looked quality trousers and also had a removable thermal lining. They are fastened at the front by a press stud and also a sturdy hook fastener - there are also straps either side to pull tight and held by velcro. I use these straps and they hold nicely without slipping. They have armour both at the knees and the hips which can be adjusted to suit . The trousers fitted nice around the waist but were a bit too long. I was in two minds wether to exchange for the short leg and also the price of these trousers had increased ( new stock) by around 40% so I rang customer services who were a delight to speak to. They said the exchange would be at the same price as originally ordered- Brilliant! The shorter trousers were received within a few days and fitted perfect. I have been on numerous rides in the cold wearing these and they are so warm - in fact when the sun came out I removed the thermal lining and used them as an over trouser to my jeans- once again a perfect fit and still warm. I have not been out in the rain yet but I expect them to be waterproof. SBS provide an excellent online order service that's why I have bought numerous items from them. Just wish I lived nearer to one of their shops. Great job SBS.

Great trousers for the price. I'm 6'3" with a 32" waist, I bought the medium long, and they fit perfectly. Really impressed.
