This is not my first Merlin Jacket and from past experience I headed straight for Merlin again. This jacket fits me just fine, has all the features I need and the look and feel are perfect for my needs.

For me Merlin nailed it with this jacket, has everything I was looking for in a leather jacket, removable inner liner for the colder months, air vents front and rear for the two weeks of summer we get here in UK. soft quality leather, very minimal branding and the cafe racer vibe looks I was after. Another plus for me was the padding stitched under the top layer and not onto it as most do, nice styling backed with D3O armour, although I upgraded it to D3O ghost armour just for that even lower profile … love this quality jacket!

High quality, but VERY dark brown

I am a 40" chest and ordered size 42 (or M). This fit seems just about right. With thermal lining I don't have room for a fleece top, but I bought the jacket more for warmer weather anyway.
The quality appears very high and the design is great. My only slight gripe is that the leather is significantly darker brown than shown on the website - more like the black version shown on Merlin's own website. Hopefully the colour will lighten over time.
