Richa Toulon 2 Softshell WP Textile Jacket - Black

This is a lovely well styled easy to wear jacket.
It is probably more of a three season jacket but worn with a fleece it should be okay in cooler conditions.
I would take issue with Richa's sizing guide though. I am a 46" chest which they suggest is 2XL. I found the 4XL fits me better.
The jacket has lots of decent size pockets and long zips on the cuffs which many jackets don't seem to have
It is also a jacket to wear off the bike without looking like a power ranger.
I would recommend this jacket

Due to the weather (raining every day) I haven't worn the jacket on the bike yet, but have worn it lots of times casually instead. It fits well even thou I had to order in a larger size than normal it is well made and stylish to wear to all occasions. The hood is detachable if that's a problem and the body armour doesn't get in the way of normal use including car driving.
I'd rate the jacket highly but go in and try it on before you buy, as the sizes come up very small and will cause you to return the jacket several times until you get the correct fit.

Great looking jacket for warm days. Protectors on elbows and back didn't bother me during the ride and even when walking. Very comfy. Recommended.
