After trying several jackets I settled on the Dane. Well made, quality feel, fairly light and comfortable. Not tested in a down pour yet but I have full faith in this item. Apart from the above it fitted well for someone who has a little belly! Most bike clothing is designed tight fitting for thin people these days and I have to get oversize just to get the zip up (I'm not obese btw only slightly overweight!) . Full marks to Dane for designing a jacket for real life shaped people. Recommended.
Tried a couple of cheaper jackets that were not quite right fitting wise and decided to up my budget and try the more expensive market. So glad I did. Jacket was perfect out of the box and the old saying you get what you pay for was obvious straight away.
Tried it in a very wet December Cornwall and very pleased with everything about it.
Planning a trip next year up from Cornwall to Wales over to Ireland then across to Scotland up and round west coast and down east coast via Norfolk and home to Cornwall.
Feel sure this is the right jacket for the job.
Plus staff at sportsbikeshop are first class.
