RST Lightweight Waterproof Over-Jacket - Black

Perfect lightweight rain jacket stowed ready for when Most needed, which is most of any British summer :-)

Had a European tour fast approaching with only 4 days to go, wanted to travel & ride in my PMJ jeans & Dainese (56) fully vented jacket but that niggling thought of 'what if it rains in Spain' got the better of me.

Saw the RST & for £35 figured it was worth ordering and I drove over to collect & try it on.

Have to say it's absolutely bang on the money. It's super easy to get on quick, if you fold it length ways iinto a strip about 8", you can roll it really tight & put a couple of elastic bands around it. Pack size is tiny so takes up no space in the luggage, and we travel light nowadays. Probably no bigger than a 500ml bottle of coke diameter, and shorter length ways

Hammered it down a couple of times, once through the Picos Mountains & once 2nd to last day and there's no messing around. Just unroll and whack your arms through, zip up and velcro down.

The xl fits tight enough over a 56 Dainese jacket so it doesn't flap at 'progress making speed' and still wears tailored, but loose enough to get on or off really easy. No messing around getting arms stuck or needing to take your lid off.

Drys mega quick. Roll back up when the sun comes out and pop on the bag

Bought this as needed a light weight waterproof jacket. Not yet tried it but it does pack up really well and doesn't take up much space, great service from Sportsbikeshop again. Bought the same size as the jacket I normally wear and it fits perfectly.

Good easy on product, seems fairly waterproof however I couldnt fit the medium over my jacket as I didnt allow enough room for the hump in my leathers!

I bought these waterproofs as I was off to the Isle Of Man and it always rains on the way back! These pack away so small and were perfect weather proofing in heavy rain on the motorway. They are also large enough to cover my motorbike jacket and were completely waterproof. All in all very happy and dry!

Made well, lightweight and packs up neatly.

Only used this one since purchasing it as a wind jammer only. It's worked really well and kept me toastie. The jacket is really good quality and fits really well. I am sure it will work well in a down pour of rain, only time will tell. Love the RST brand, always seem to be good quality.

This jacket is perfect to keep dry on those horrible rainy days and nights, also seems to keep you a lot warmer as it stops as much wind blowing through!

Had been using products from go outdoors and they never seemed to be actually waterproof, more water resistant. Whereas this is a lifesaver. Works great and keeps me dry as I ride in all conditions.

Bought this jacket for my CBT as the weather forecast was atrocious and I didn't want my leather jacket getting wet.

This over-jacket was brilliant and kept me dry throughout the day. Some drops of moisture did seep through in the chest and arms, but we're talking a few drops from 4h of continuous rain.

The jacket is thin and so it packs up nice and small which makes it easy to bring with on your rides just in case the weather makes a turn for the worse.

Bought this jacket the day before travelling to Wales from Norfolk. Done the job of keeping main jacket dry in a real downpour. I got a size bigger than planned but this has made it nice and easy to put on. Time will tell if the arms flapping slightly means I made a mistake on size, but bodywise I think it works well. Packs pretty small in an A4 sized ziplok plastic bag

Needed to buy something light and small packing to keep the cold out over my vented jacket and the rain at bay… perfect!

I'm so glad these came back in stock before my trip, this and the trousers are so light and pack really small. Of a 5 day ride over the alps to Monaco and back it rained 4 on of them, even at 130kmh in lashing rain I remained absolutely dry so am happy to recommend

We used 2 of these for a recent European trip. They pack down really small. Had to use them in the UK, stopped pretty much all the water, the neck lets in a bit of water but they did a damn good job! Unlined so I wouldn't want to use it for extended periods but overall, very pleased!
