RST Pro Series Ventilator-X CE Textile Jacket - Black / Black

Planned to buy this at NEC show so checked online price at Sportsbikeshop.co.uk to compare. NEC show price was £30 more than online price so it was a no brainer, ordered it and it arrived the following day! Great jacket, great price and fantastic service from Sportsbikeshop.co.uk

I knew after the hot summer in leathers that I wanted something cooler, this was the perfect answer, I'm still riding now in October with the thermal liner in and am warm with the addition of a base layer suit even warmer I won't be riding in extreme cold, so it's perfect and comfy. I went up a size as most people recommend, overall a great buy!

A great summer jacket. Nice cool breeze comes through when worn without the liner even a little chilly on cool mornings. Sizing is correct for me, maybe a little snug with the liner fitted. Quality construction and features with understated styling.

Excellent jacket, bought for summer riding, has detachable lining for extra protection. A couple of deeper pockets would be helpful, but it works.
One of the poppers came off when first delivered, but SBS immediately sent out a new jacket, so great services.

Great fitting short summer jacket. Loads of ventilation for the hot day, and a zip-in waterproof and wind proof liner for the wetter colder days. Haven't used in the rain yet but have another RST pro series jacket with the same liner which works really well. Zips to RST trousers and comes with shoulder and elbow protection and a back protector. Of course excellent service and fast delivery from SBC as usual.

High quality jacket did read reviews before ordering but still needed to get an XXL for to get best fit as quite neat in shoulders but guys at RST & Sportsbikeshop never complained just got me sorted in very space of short time, thanks to them.

This is a nice jacket and if you are purchasing one get your correct size as per the chart. I cannot comment on its waterproof qualities as I have not had it long enough to be caught out in the rain but it is warm with the liner.

Finally bought myself a summer jacket, (just as winter arrives) so only given it 4 stars because not used it yet. Good quality and good fit, looks like it will be nice and cool. Had to go one size up from my normal size because it's a snug fit. Great service from SBS as usual

At last, a jacket that fits true to size. I have a 50 inch chest and 39 inch waist and this jacket could have been made for me, even the sleeves are the right length and the armour is in the right place and it stays put. I am a fair weather rider so it is unlikely I shall put it's waterproof qualities to the test however I think this will be a good three season jacket. All in all an excellent well made product and I highly recommend it. I might add, I'm not easy to please. SBS service 2nd to none.

I'd bought my first Ventilator jacket some 7-years ago. That jacket withstood the test of time better than my waist line did, and so I had to buy a new larger size.

The jacket itself is still fantastic and offers fantastic airflow on hotter days.

I like that they got rid of the velcro cover that used to be at the bottom of the jacket that went over the zip.
Unfortunately, they also got rid of the the internal angled chest pocket, which I am missing.

Another pro is the new thermal/water resistant combo liner jacket as opposed to the separate thermal and water resistance that came with the older version that I had, which creates ease of mind for packing and carrying.

All in all, it's damn near perfect and worthy of a 4.5 rating. It suits my rides for most days of the year and is definitely my preferred jacket of choice when it isn't raining hard.

Yet to be tested properly but usual RST quality. Went a size up from my actual chest size to get a good fit but that is normally the case. Usual exemplary SBS service

I bought this jacket as a replacement for an old (15 year old) summer jacket which has developed "zip problems". Was looking at various makes, but was very pleased with another RST textile jacket and trousers, and given this and the price, decided to buy the RST. Absolutely tremendous jacket. Fits perfectly and the air flow on these (few) hot days is excellent. The armour is perfectly located and fits all joints comfortably. Highly recommended. SBS service was exemplary as always.

Great airflow through the jacket during hot days riding. Even when wearing an air vest.
The liner is light & waterproof.
The usual Protection in the shoulders, elbows and back is comfortable too.

Bought for a cooler summer jacket and was not dissapointed really good ventilation with the liner removed and with the liner in its nice and warm but still breathes, great customer service as I had to exchange mine for a size up and the process could not have been smoother!

Quality jacket ideal for warm weather riding with out liner and fully waterproof with liner in.
