Great hoodie relaxed fit, tried it on a colder morning and was freezing as wind went straight through compared to a textile or leather but for a warm day is perfect and very comfortable with letting the air in, nice piece of mind with the lined Kevlar shoulder elbow back protection. Neck is a snug fit which is good so doesn't flap about up top. Sbs 5star as always tried two sizes and smaller fitted better. Sizes are pretty accurate

So I have acquired lots of jackets and didn't need a new a one, but saw this one on sale. Very glad I decided to buy. 1st thing the protection it offers is great and it actually comes with all the protectors including spine which is nice. 2nd its very comfortable and fits amazing. 3rd pockets are great sizes and there are loads. Highly recommend

Nice fully lined hoodie, good level of armour. Slightly on the big size especially about the shoulders could have possibly bought a large instead of XL ( 6 foot 4 45 inch chest) but it fits fine otherwise and sleeves don't roll back at high speeds. All in all a pretty good light use jacket replacement and it has zipped pockets!

Already have a sumemr jacket from Weise and bought this as something to wear casually when meeting friends etc, but that still offers AA protection with armour etc. Nice thick fabric which was warm enough with a t-shirt underneath on a recent april evening. It adds some "bulk" compared to a normal hoodie but totally looks like normal clothing when worn with jeans and sat in a coffee shop etc. Pockets inside for phone and wallet etc and all zip up. Great price too considering it comes with ALL armour

I wanted something more casual than leathers or a full on jacket but still AA certified. This looks exactly like a normal hoodie which I love and is super comfy! Not the warmest but easy to wear an extra layer under and also able to wear a waterproof over the top!

Ordered my usual size, large, fits well and is true to size. The built in armour is good.

I bought this hoodie as I wanted something I could throw on that was comfortable but still offered some protection.

This hoodie from Weise has a soft, thick premium feel cotton outer shell. It has a comfort mesh liner to keep the Kevlar away from your skin (you can see the yellow Kevlar lining behind the mesh.

On the bike it's very comfortable and doesn't feel bulky like some biker jackets can. With a waterproof jacket over the top it kept me very warm even in lower temperatures.

It comes with elbow, back and shoulder armour (smoothways), which is quite flexible but also quite thick - it's easily removable, so could be upgraded to thinner more flexible armour. I may do this in the future.

My only negative of this hoodie is that the elastic hem is quite tight and so causes the hoodie to ride up slightly. This is possibly just me and I considered exchanging for a bigger size but the rest of the hoodie fit perfectly and a bigger size would have meant the armour would have been out of place. I have decided just to accept it as it is as no jacket will be 100% perfect and for the price I really can't complain too much. It has a zip connector to attach to a pair of trousers, which would solve this issue anyway.

I haven't tried any other kevlar hoodies to compare to this one but all in all I am quite pleased with this one.

Great casual looking hoody, fully lined with a good amount of Kevlar being used throughout the entire body and arms. Arm length is perfect and zips up just high enough before it's too high. I can layer things underneath or on top.

It's a really heavy weight cotton with thick elastic banding around the waist and cuffs. It has an internal liner that keeps the scratchy course Kevlar away from your skin and promotes ventilation, it's generic stuff nothing fancy. Has a ykk vislon short connector zip which connects to most other brands who use the same brand and model zip.

I've worn this in extreme heat and cold. Anything above 24c low speed and stationary you'll start to feel clammy like most things... but on the move it's absolutely fine, air travels through it nicely. Anything below 10c you'll want to layer something underneath. I tested this with a thin down jacket and a cycling waterproof jacket underneath in -2c and felt very comfortable. This is ideal in spring, summer and autumn. Or all year with some layers if you don't want to wear textiles all the time.

Comes with standard yellow armour, it's easy to access and change.

The hood is attached by a small zip which is brilliant, especially if you want to throw a waterproof over the top.

This has exceed its purpose beyond my expectations.

Downside is the hoody rides up and needs pulling down even when using the connection zip. But this is due to style of the hoody.

Quality is good. It is heavy, but I guess no more than other casual jackets - it just messes with your mind because it looks like a regular hoodie.

External Zip pockets are very useful.

I don't find it particularly warm. Need some layers even in autumn.

Excellent quality. Fits well. This is a heavy garment but you don't notice it once you have it on. Lovely colour and I like the fact that you can remove the hood when not needed.

Very good product. Fits me well as a chunky, tall man. A bit short on the front for me, bit that's a personal thing and doesn't detract from what I wanted it for. Great service again from Sportsbikeshop.

Everything about this hoodie feels good, the zipper is robust, the armour included is not obtrusive and even includes the back protector. The hood is removable too if you dont need it. Sizing is also spot on.
