Verified Customer Reviews for SENA SF1 Bluetooth Headset
Simple to fit. Easy to use and connect. Just great.
Excellent service from SBS as per usual
I purchased this unit to send and listen to messages, make and recive calls on my iPhone hands free, and also to listen to the navigation software prompts. While I can do the latter, the unit does NOT offer hands-free operation. The advertising material on which I based my purchase says that it has hands free operattion, and the manual describes how to set it up. Except it doesn't work.
Sena support (which is very slow) acknowlege that it doesn't work. They say have no plans to fix it, nor do they inend to remove the hands free claim from their advertising.
Really not at all happy with the product, and especially the poor quality of their support.

easy installation and set up , much more discreet than previous units , clear sound excellent quality
Fits HJC helmet easily and clear sound from satnav or phone. Always excellent service and swift delivery from SBS! Thanks again!
Very easy to set up if you do it in the right order. Guy from Sportsbikeshop gave the right advice so was easy to set up. Works well with the App. Glad I bought this with the Tom Tom. Comes with dual earpiece and a choice of microphone, pad or boom.
Uncluttered big button straight forward communication device. Module is pleasing and unobtrusive and gloves on operation is no problem. Purchased this to replace a previous different make that had suddenly died after 2 years. Prefer the Sena by a country mile. Im not using the standard speakers as i have upgraded speakers fitted but the recepton through both ends of a conversation is reported as clear. The mike is unobtrusive and positioning is simple. Great piece of kit at at a very good price.
Not yet tested on the road due to lockdown but easy to install on my hjc st70 and easy to use tested in the house and found receiving calls fine but making them a little more difficult mainly due to the voice recognition not being great otherwise connecting to my phone for music and gps simple and sound quality seems good. I would definitely recommend on first impresions
I purchased this headset for a second headset - really impressed with the quality and easy of use. With the software update this now adds 100m intercom function so makes it the perfect pillon system. I have never found the need for long range intercom and the radio system never seem to work in my previous headsets hence I didn't both with the SF 2 or 4 variant. My other headset is a Sena 10R and I think the sound quality of the SF1 is better - very pleased.
Simple to install and a sleek design. Large buttons are easy to operate with gloves on -- even thicker winter gloves. The menu and control functions are a little quirky (not intuitive) and take a bit of getting use to.
