Richa Phantom 2 Textile Jacket - Black

Comfortable, smart and very effective in the cold.

Haven't tested this jacket in the rain yet, but it is a high quality jacket with relatively low cost.

I am a fan of Richa, their kit is well made, with good materials. The D30 armour is flexible and comfortable. Zips and fastenings are good quality.

Really comfortable jacket, nice size pockets, a zip out liner which is a nice touch but saying that I think the jacket is a little on the big side for its sizing which is probably my only criticism. So removing the liner may make it to large for me . Overall though I'm very pleased and would recommend .

Great looking jacket that would be perfect for the winter commute. Sadly the zip broke after only 2 weeks of use.

SBS,and the guys there do a very good job after many tries they have supplied me with the best jacket that suits me and a great size as I am an 8XL, THIS ONE DOES IT ALL!!! Very light in weight for the size,really visual with the Fluo/Black design, very warm and waterproof good size pockets and a great detachable lining, and comfortable and snug Jacket,I feel like I do not want to take it off, also it looks so smart making me look slim like a 21 year old !!! Not like an 80 Year Old Born Again biker!!!! on my Chrome Royal Enfield.Interceptor!! and really looking the part but. Bought this as a winter jacket.
I've found it a perfect fit, giving me enough room to wear a hoodie underneath.
And given the recent weather can vouch for the waterproof, plus it zips to my Richa textile trousers easily

I bought an XL and I have a 109cm chest and there is plenty of space for other layers if needed.

The inner thermal liner can be removed and washed, no problems. As someone else mentioned, you lose the phone pocket. The pocket for your phone fits my P10 Pro perfectly but anything bigger, wouldn't fit. So be aware of that.

The inner liner is held in place in the arms but 2 buttons. Both buttons snapped off after a month on the left arm but the inner liner is held in place fine regardless.

The front pockets are huge and would easily hold a wallet or phone.

Offers strong protection against the wind and cold with thermal liner in and vents closed. Good in the summer with liner out and vents open so flexible all year round.

Good jacket for the most part but not fully water proof. Exactly the same as the first phantom it leaks half way down the front.

Very comfortable and seems capable of protecting the wearer in the event of a fall. Well made. There is an inner lining but I removed this as the jacked was used only on warmer days, so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the inner part.

Very warm allows for movement and comfort on the bike with built in elbow and back protector.
I wanted a bit of hi Viz and this jacket has it.
I've got a few Richa products and they've all been a great buy. Brilliant service again from Sportsbikeshop as usual.

Quality jacket, feels well made, very comfortable to wear and fits well. I like the removal thermal liner, though you do lose your inner pockets without it in, but this isn't really an issue for me. Various adjustable straps on the arms and waist ensure you can get a proper fit. Armour is unobtrusive and comfortable. My favourite feature is probably the small hook to hold the neck flap back if not in use. You'll be hard pushed to find a better jacket at such a good price!

Lovely fit. Very comfortable. Thermal lining easily removed / reinserted.
Do lose an internal pocket or 2 with it out though, which is the only downside. Feels secure with the armour in all the right places. Delivery very speedy. Will definitely use then again when I need something.

Only one waterproof pocket when the thermal lining is taken out but hey ho.
Armour is thinner on the elbows cos its d30 so could end up moving around, but I just put my old standard armour in the elbows.
Fits about right, measure around the widest part of your chest with clothes on, sweatshirt too if you sometimes like to wear one, and use the proper sizing chart on the Richa website.

Fits perfect, great design although the mobile phone pocket could been a bit wider, the material seems to be of high quality ,the protection could be a bit more firmer. And as this jacket has vents is a bonus for the price, well recommended.
