Fortunately I can't say how well this performs in an off, but it seems good quality, it fills well (tightly) in the pocket of the Furygan jacket bought separately.....just make sure you go onto their website and het the appropriate size for your jacket!

Luckily, I have not had to use this in anger yet !!
As per my previous post on another back protector, I was cleaning my bike gear getting ready for the season and realised that my daughter's jacket didn't have a back protector. Although she has another jacket she's been wearing with a back protector in it, this jacket is newer. Unfortunately, the protector from her other jacket didn't fit this one. Off to SBS for a back protector ( not that I need much excuse to browse SBS ) !. They had a big range of protectors, in all shapes and sizes and the assistant allowed me to remove them from the packaging and fit them to the jacket to ensure I got the right shape and size. Fits perfectly and is light and relatively unobtrusive

Came on time and fits a 3rd company jacket exactly.
Size large fitted to a medium jacket.
Item looks very substantial and still flexible.
Didn't even notice it on the bike which is just what I want.
I ordered a size large so I could cut it down but didn't need to.

Not sure what to say really? Its a back protector made of D30, soft and supple as you'd expect from D30, fits the Furygan Mistral EVO 3 jacket i bought. I'm hoping not to have to test it out, but 1st impressions are good. Comfortable in the jacket due to the flexible nature of D30.
