Alpinestars SMX-2 Air Carbon V2 Leather Gloves - Black

I have a lot of bike gloves for all seasons. I was looking at these for a while and decided on the white and yellow flou colour. They broke in after a couple of rides, I went with my normal sizing of L for alpinestars and I've been impressed with the quality and style.

Happy with my purchase, mind the pun, but they do fit like a glove. They feel very comfy to wear and feel like there is adequate protection on the palms and knuckles. Well priced for the quality of the glove. Would highly recommend

Gloves are great, give good feel and flex, great for Supermoto.

I have very wide hands, and so XL is ever so slightly tighter across the palm, but this will stretch out a little in due course.

My last short cuff gloves were Alpinestars megawatt and only used for the summer months but they lacked any real protection. Those were a large and so I opted for a large in these however they are oddly long in the fingers. Medium is a perfect fit.
The immediate impression was that they just felt in another level to my previous gloves. The material eased up after 2/3 hours of riding and do feel an awful lot sturdier than the previous. The grip is perfect, cuff is easy to fix over and the finger points for the mobile work well enough. For me the best attribute to the glove is the ability to feel the switches easily.
I have, annoyingly, low sided on a roundabout with them on and they haven't a mark...wish my ribs were as tough!
I am really happy with them and will probably buy another pair to have as spare.

The fit is a little tight for my normal size but as they get more use they're bedding in and getting more comfortable. Very well ventilated so comfortable in warm weather. Well made from high quality materials.

Fit well, quick to get put on, feel lightweight.

Well made, snug fit, lovely and soft material, fit like a glove, (literally,) after the 2nd time of wearing. Vented, with carbon knuckles. Small but secure velcro strap, so comfy that you forget your wearing them.

A superb summer glove. They look good and keep your hands cool so you don't have a pool of sweat when you take them off.

Excellent products as always from Alpinestars, superb fit and so comfortable too. Sizing is bang on, so fitted right.
Plenty of air circulates through them making a perfect summer glove.

So far so good, make sure you go up one size from chart as they come up small. Good quality and fit yet to test properly and see if they last

SMX-2 Air Carbon V2 is an excellent glove as what you would expect from
Alpinestars. The quality shows in these gloves, with the carbon knuckle protection and the fingers design with a curve makes your hands feel comfortable whilst ridding. The glives work well with Sat nav or smartphone.

I would recommend to try the next size up, as the fingers are a little tight to start with, but the gloves soon softened after a while. Fastening strap is easy to open and close, even with gloves on. Works well in the colder mornings as well as those hotter days.

Great product fit well finished well but cold for winter use on the finger tips but they aren't designed for that

These are my first Alpine Gloves, really good fit and very comfortable. They are great quality and would recommend.
