Alpinestars Riley Ladies Denim Jeans - Raw Indigo

I bought size 12 and am size 12, however, they were a bit tight. Would fit someone with the size 12 who has narrower hips and thinner thighs. Mine are quite wide. So I returned these.
The only uncomfortable part was the knee protectors. They were flat and would make it very uncomfortable to sit somewhere. The hip protectors are removable and do not have pockets. They are attached with velcro.
Other than that the fabric is of high quality and the design is beautiful.

The sizing on these is insane. I ordered a size 10 which is one up from my normal size. When they arrived I couldn't get the past my hips! I sent them back to exchange for a 12, when they arrived it was another size 10, but these looked bigger so I tried them on and they fitted and if anything were a bit loose. They look nice on but they are really long, I'm a 30 leg and there's a good 3 inches spare, this makes it difficult to zip your boots up as the extra material bunches at your ankles. I'm new to riding so maybe my expectations of motorbike gear are a bit too high, it's seems to be difficult to find gear that is functional and comfortable and also looks good. I've tried on a few different trousers and these have been the best so far but I do think the price is a bit steep, you can get leathers for the same price. I've worn these on my lessons and they were comfortable to ride in.

Having tried on numerous pairs of women's motorbike jeans these were the definite winners. Great skinny fit so look great off the bike but most importantly have a high waistband to avoid gaping at the back between the jeans and jacket. The kneepads are comfortable and are in the perfect position for riding. The stretch panels give flex to enable free movement. A proper bikers jean that I'd be happy to ride in and walk around in! I'm a uk10 and sizing is true to size.
