Shad 4P pannier fitting kits have been designed to offer a lightweight yet robust and secure pannier mounting system. Evolving from Shad's award-winning 3P system, the Shad 4P system is additionally braced across the rear of the bike and features an additional mounting point compatible with the Terra Aluminium range and is additionally backwardly compatible with the SH35 and SH36 panniers.
Adventure and touring bikes are designed to be able to deal with a wide variety of terrain so you need to be sure that your luggage system is equally robust. With the Terra panniers being capable of carrying up to 10kg each, the 4P fitting kits have four points of contact ensuring the panniers are secured firmly to the bike and improve load stability by distributing weight more evenly. As the pannier load increases, so does the flex at the base of the case so Shad have introduced a brace bar across the rear of the bike to eliminate this flex and remove any associated vibration. Each 4P fitting kit is designed specifically for each motorcycle and rigorous testing ensures a reliable and strong solution.
