Great value helmet

Purchased at a discounted price due to the release of the Airoh 2. Comfortable and lightweight, found I had to go to XL rather than the usual L. Large field of view, peak is quite high so not sure how effective it will be in low sun, yet to be tested. Does steam up as other reviews mention but the pin lock does its job fine and the visor set up which leaves a small gap if you want it also works well. Did notice more misting on the drop down sun visor than I would've liked. Good placement of the headset speaker inserts which I always struggle with, although they could be a bit deeper, but that could be said for every helmet I've had. Find the sun visor catch a bit awkward but they've changed that in the new model. Quality feels good in whole. Really happy overall with this lid especially at the lower price.

Been very loyal to LS2 for years, until I saw this. The finish is really nice, the construction is also very good. Double d ring for chin strap (which I prefer) and fair venting. The visor is really wide with a good field of view, the only thing there is when below 30mph I noticed the screen fog up (4*c outside temp but dry) so installed the Pinlock insert. Yet to test that out, but from what I've heard should resolve the issue. It's pretty quite much more so that my previous helmet (LS2 vector2 Carbon). Plenty of room for coms and a port at the side for the cable.
So over very good.

Great helmet. Cosy fit without excess pressure on cheeks. Colours match my Africa Twin perfectly. SBS are great with me trying and returning a couple of other helmets which did not fit as well.

Brilliant helmet very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, with the pin lock fitted no misting at all. The visor opening gaps work well. Highly recommended.

A lot of helmet for your money

Only 4 stars as the places for my intercom speakers are nowhere near my ears but that might be my head lol. Apart from that it fits great comfortable pretty quiet for a peaked helmet and I love the we touches like the hole for the intercom wires. A bargain really at £250

This is my first "full face" helmet, as I always had either flip up or an open helmet, for different bikes.
Airoh Commander 2, in fluo yellow colour is great and quiet, for me at least, comparing to the flip up LS2 Valiant I had before. Nice and comfy, very light helmet. Only had it for 3 weeks and did not ride in the rain yet, so can not comment on that aspect yet.
Could do with some more vents in my humble opinion, but this is just me. I was also concerned about double D lock, as always had the micro-metric ratchet type of closure, but you get used to it very fast and, as they say, the double D is the safest. Overall like it a lot, it is 22.05 helmet, but I can live with that for now.
Setting up the intercom was a job and a half, took my a while, especially when there is not enough space for your speakers, but managed that too.
The additional sun visor is great, although it could be a bit darker I think.
SBS was great as always and I had great advice from one of the guys at Harlow shop, very very helpful and valuable :-)
