Purchased at the same time as a HJC helmet for my wife for a 3 week tour of Europe.
I have had no issues with pairing this with my Shoei Neotec 2 intercom - we had a great time chatting away together!
True the buttons need muscle memory to work them whilst wearing the helmet, but there again so does my neotec 2 with the Sena unit build especially for it!
What I like about this is that it is very low profile when fitted to the helmet, and does not snag on anything like some external units do.
The USB-C socket in the helmet is robust and easy to use and is miles better than my shoei srl-2 intercom which uses a micro usb - which is a right pain!
Sure, it's a basic unit, but it paired flawlessly with my Sena Neotec unit, and we didn't need any of the mesh or more advanced features - just needed to be able to talk to each other!
It was relatively easy to fit and comes with boom Mike for flip helmets, and chinguard fixed mic for normal helmets.
Good buy and half the price of my Neotec 2 specific Sena SRL 2!

Works well, fitted by Sportsbikeshop while I waited, so all easy, clean and quick, happy with audio.
This Sena is the poorest Bluetooth system EVER. The sat nav voice directions are very quiet and the last part of the direction then goes loud.
Buttons are small and main button to me needs to be bigger. Also better volume needed and sound is up and down like a yo yo.
Avoid!!!!!
