Have been looking for this type of boot for a while now. Having read all reviews I took the leap of faith and ordered a pair. I ordered the next size up and when they arrived I put them on and they fit really well, however they'll require some breaking in. On my first trip wearing the boots they were very comfortable and easy to wear. Very easy to put on and with the side zip and laces there's loads of comfort potential.

Feel comfortable from the outset, but yet to wear on my bike. They are a lot taller than I expected, which is probably good protection wise.
I have given 4 stars as I bought these as they had a zip on the side assuming that would make them easy to take off without undoing the laces, however because of the waterproofing bit behind the zip they don't open very far, so you still need to undo the laces.
I've now replaced the laces with elastic ones which solve the problem and also should not come undone and get caught in anything.

Fed up with constantly slipping when tip-toeing around car parks and other surfaces covered in grit or some other loose material when manually manoeuvring the bike, and nearly dropping it, I thought I would try some boots with a bit of grip, and these boots seem to have plenty of that. They are well made, and seem very robust, in fact quite stiff to flex, although not uncomfortable. I am usually a size 9/43, and that is what I ordered. With a decent pair of motorcycle socks, the fit is spot on. I assume they will soften up with wear, only time will tell. With built in protection in all the right places, I feel safe wearing the boots. They also have a zip, but with my high instep I still find undoing the laces makes it easier to remove the boots, but the zip does make it easier to put the boots back on, zip up and then tie the laces as normal. So far pleased with purchase, no slipping or skidding in lay-bys and car parks or scrambling out of pot-holes. Competitive price, and delivered very quickly

Safest boots I've had

Let me start with a disclaimer - These are not so casual that you could wear them all day for work etc, unless you work in a warehouse perhaps. They are quite chunky, but they are however extremely comfortable.
I am absolutely stunned that these boots feel more protective than any that I've previously had, and that's including various sport/touring and street boots!
They feel so safe, because of the chunky design and armour. Feeling your gear shifter takes a bit of getting used to as they are very thick on top, but that's not really a negative thing in my opinion.
These are now my winter boots for commuting, as they look cool on the bike if you like the casual/retro look, they are quite nice and warm, and are very sturdy.

Yet to be tested in heavy downpour but they have kept me dry in light rain on my commute!

Motor cycle boots

Very comfortable. I haven't tested the waterproof aspects of the products yet. Arrived on time & well packaged. They will require some breaking in, as all shoe products do. They appear to give good protection to the whole of the foot & ankle areas & to the lower shin too. Perfect fit with my motorcycle jeans I.e no mismatch when seated on the bike. Would recommend

Great boots for on, and off the bike. Needed some bike boots I could wear all day in work. Bit stiff when walking about. But very comfortable on the feet. Will hopefully become less stiff the more I wear them.

Wanted a a pair of quick change boots that didn't make me look like a power ranger.
I've put on elastic laces and have never had to undo them.
Worn in some heavy rain and kept feet dry.
Grip and build quality seem good.
Only been wearing for a couple of weeks so can't advise on how long the boots last.

Really comfortable, tested in the rain several times and have kept my feet warm and dry and have also been for a couple of long walks off the bike and no problems at all.sizing is accurate and I thought they actually looked better in the flesh than what you see in the picture so pretty pleased and satisfied.

An excellent boot for when you are going to spend time on and off the bike. Worn with jeans for instance they look Lamaist like any other ankle boot. Maybe a little wider than day to day boots but almost. Fit and finish is good. Not tried the water proof ness yet as I have other more suitable boots if the circumstances look wet.

Good Value For Money

Ended up purchasing these when another pair I wanted were out of stock. Very comfortable straight out of the box. Sizing was as expected. Didn't take long to break in at all. Worn for work and can easily wear them for 12 hrs or more without getting sore feet. The soles are thick and should last. For a relatively cheap boot they are very good indeed.

Loved the boots when they arrived, loved the fit too though pretty rigid. I imagine they would break in with use. Great looking boot and well made. Not completely water proof though. As expected, SBS continued their excellent customer service and helped me resolve this issue.

Quality performing and great looking boots

These boots are well made, comfy and look great too. Superb value if you can get them below the RRP.
Will keep your feet warm and dry, and you will find you can walk about in them easily straight from the box.
Two things you may wish to consider is sizing, as an 8 I had to swap up to a 9; plus take care on garage forecourts until the soles have their shine worn off.

Great for on and off the bike

Well made with lots of padding, only worn once so far but immediately felt very comfortable. The zip is a nice feature which tightens up the fit without spending too long on the laces. One suggestion for the next edition would be an extra leather flap on the top of the left boot, to protect against wear when changing gear... but great boots and good value, also excellent quick delivery.
