Bought it in store, because I needed some advice before I bought it - and I needed to check it would fit the base mount on my bike. Advice was good, and I was allowed to check & handle it before I purchased, something you can't do if purchasing online.
Good experience again, knowledgeable staff and the SatNav is working fine.

I had to return the first 550 Rider I received as the screen had condensation after a couple of dry rides. Sportsbikeshop replaced it immediately - fantastic customer service as usual.
The replacement is working well so far. Easy set up, clear display and connectivity to phone and headset. All the maps I'll ever need included. Fingers crossed as regards screen condensation.
