For the sake of a couple of ££, I only use OEM now. My engine is worth too much to me.
Great filter, always fits just fine. I have had problems with the threads on several K&N filters in the past (one wouldn't fit, one actually was so loose it came off and nearly killed me and my engine when it obviously spat all the engine oil over my back tyre. I live 1/2 mile from the motorway, and I was in the outside lane at the time. That was it, never a better sales pitch for an OEM filter).
