Shark D-Skwal 3 - Sizler Matt Black / Anthracite / Blue

Worse helmet I have ever purchased, fits great, looks great, cost great, wind noise at 30 mph is deafening

Good quality helmet, has an aerodynamic spoiler on the back that looks really nice in person! Good quality feel to the cheek pads and lining. Deep recess' for intercoms which I found has lacked on previous helmets. Has got a specs cut out groove but still found my glasses dug into the back of my ears which became almost unbearable after a few hours of riding but that could be that my glasses arms are on the thicker side. Good quality helmet, would buy again

Nice upgrade from my old S900 - quieter, lighter, better visor, recesses for speakers, ece22.06. Also seems more waterproof than the old s900 (and the chin vent works a bit better too).

Originally ordered the L (as I'd had in the S900), but ended up downsizing to an M with the optional rear foam bar removed.

Fitting comms required an adhesive mount (the base trim is too wide far a clip-on mount)).

Was missing the ACU sticker as delivered (but SBS posted one out to me immediately when I mentioned it).

The included perfectly clear pinlock has "Daylight use only" stencilled on it - not come across that before.

Overall though, very happy with the helmet.

Good helmet, comfortable, drop down visor could be darker and I'm finding more louder than last shark helmet, but not to level where I have to wear ear plugs.

Love the helmet itself, nice fitting very little wind noise, BUT, if one lifts the visor for a bit of fresh air (as we do), and ride with the visor still lifted, then the noise can get horrendous, I mean a hurricane would be quieter, but I can't find any other faults, so its really is good

Got this helmet for my partner. It has a good vision vision with pinlock 70 included that fits on visor unnoticed. She says it fits no head comfortably.

Quality helmet had a shark before and this one is a great fit quiet too

Have been using Shark helmets for almost 10 years & thousands of miles and they still present one of the best options in this price range. The D-Skwal 3 is a step up from the previous model with a superior visor release mechanism and what seems like improved build quality. The overall fit and finish of the helmet is very good resulting in a quiet and comfortable ride when used on my daily commute. Ventilation could be better but with the supplied pinlock fogging up is not an issue. Internal sun visor not as dark as previous model but still works well. First time using SportsBikeShop and was very impressed with the service and range of products available.

Excellent replacement for my old HJC helmet. Great materials, finish and build quality. Looks fantastic. SBS staff were brilliant-I started off with a shortlist of 6 lids, and they patiently helped me down select to the Shark. Brilliant customer service from the Milton Keynes staff. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

A definite step up from the Shark Ridill I had previously. Quiet in comparison and a good fit for my head. The drop down visor doesn't distort your view much and the provided Pinlock works well. The only downside is the visor mechanism is tricky to operate when wearing thick winter gloves.

I had read good reviews of this helmet and ultimately decided to buy one. In the past I have bought shoei helmets, but they have become very expensive. This is just as comfortable and easily accommodates my glasses, which I now need to wear for riding. The pinlock visor supplied was easy to fit, and I really can't fault the helmet for less than half the price of my previous. Good service from Sportsbikeshop as always. Would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful helmet with sleek shape and good padding. Have worn riding for several hours and been completely comfortable and I wear glasses also. Have fitted a cardo intercom too as comes with recesses for speakers. Also came with pinlock included. Can't comment on sunvisor as not used yet but seems good coverage and easy to operate while riding (although I occasionally have dropped the sun visor while trying to operate the top air vent!)
