Designed to be the most discreet and protective shirt ever made, the Elite base-layer is certified for abrasion and impact resistance to the maximum rating CE AAA (120km/h)! Weighing in at only, 1000g, the shirt allows you to ride in total safety with complete freedom of movement. It is so unobtrusive that you will have no more excuses not to ride fully equipped, you can wave goodbye to heavy traditional motorcycle gear and ride in your own style.
Developed by Bowtex® specifically for motorcycle use (and abuse) in partnership with Dyneema®, the Elite range fabric is unique and 100% made in Germany. Its thermo-conductive properties allow for a soft and cool contact against the skin, resulting in the ultimate level of comfort. Dyneema® offers maximum strength with minimum weight, produced in a patented gel spinning process in which the fibres are drawn, heated, elongated, and cooled. We spin these super strong yarns in a circular knitting machine to create our unique double face Dyneema®/polyamide fabric. It's 15x stronger than steel at the same weight! As well as its extraordinary strength, Dyneema® excels in cut and abrasion resistance and has a high resistance to chemicals and UV. The Bowtex Elite was developed to get you covered 365 days a year, from your every day commute to a road trip with your friends.
