I bought two units, and found it easy to pair both for conversation with pillion. Also easy to pair with TomTom and phone. As always, finding the best fitment in the helmet takes a little care, but with a bit of time the fitting is neat and tidy. The controls are slim and light, so no noticeable effect from having the unit on the side of my helmet. Only two buttons to operate, and easy to do even with gloves on. And the usual quick response to order from Sportsbikeshop.
Really pleased with this. Good quality sound. Pairs quickly and easily with phone. Fits well in lid. Not currently using microphone as bought primarily to listen to gps
I bought my first unit about 10K miles ago. I used it on my Shoei XSPR Pro helmet and it fit perfectly with just a small internal plastic trimming needed. The speakers are thick because of the batteries, but not enough to touch your ears.
The design is brilliant. It's very small and slim. The buttons are really easy to feel, even when wearing thick winter gloves. You can make it aero. On higher speed it doesn't drag your head. I've used it on track with no issues. I mounted the remote buttons near the back of my helmet so it's out of direct wind and you don't feel it dragging on higher speeds.
The sound is OK with ear plugs on. Not amazing, but for a helmet headset it's OK.
Battery capacity is good. It can last a whole day on the bike and still have some charge left. The USB-C charging port is the winner here as you can use your normal charger with this helmet and not bother carrying legacy chargers just for the helmet on your trips.
To the downsides. You can only update the firmware with a Windows PC. Thankfully I have one, but it's not something people have nowadays.
Also, after around 10K miles the left side speaker stopped working out of nowhere. I was just riding to work when it decided to start cutting the sound. Thankfully SportsbikeShop sorted a refund efficiently and that's why I'm not dropping any more of my rating. But I do hope the new unit lasts a bit longer.
Great first comms unit. Easy to install, very discreet. No big external unit on the side of your head! Quick and easy connection to bike and phone.
Quality of the unit seems spot on as expected from a leading comms manufacturer such as Sena.

Sleek design. No bulbous comms unit causing wind noise down your ear. Speakers have crisp decent sound and the system easily fits under the helmet liner and into place. I used sticky pads to ensure speakers don't move. More than enough cable connects all the components.
The two button configuration is responsive and paring the Sena unit to my phone and bike navigation was effortless.
